Picture in your head a painting in the painting Filius Flitwick is in a dueling match with Alastor "Mad Eye" Moody as an example for duelng class. Now picture more paintings of Dumbledore dueling Grindelwald at the misnistrie building, Harry and Voldomort at the hogwarts coartyard, Sirius and Bellatrix in the department of mysteries, Bill and Fenrir grey back at the levels below the astronomy tower, Kingsley Shaklelbolt Minerva Mcgonagal and Horuce Slughorn dueling with Voldomort. Again in the coart yard. This is what you would see if you were to look at the back wall in the new deuling classroom at hogwarts. The teachers are the charms and defense professores. Most learning is hands on but some is boring note taking. This class was created in 2003 as part of a request from Harry Potter and Kinsley Shaklelbolt to the school,the reason behind this being that many graduated students couldn't duel thus they couldn't become Aruors . It was just anouther core class like potions, herbology, transfiguration, charmes, and defense against the dark arts. Curently the teachers would be Flitwick and whom ever took up the job of defense against the dark arts. It is a large classroom with a door at the back, stage up front, there were two rows of steps leading down from the stage followed by two rows of bleachers that fit 20 people. The class would usualy use the spells that they had learned in charmes and defense against the dark arts that day as practice for the deuling compititoin that goes on at the end of every month.
