With that, Lily Evans ran out of her dormitory, past her boyfriend, and down the hall. She ran out to the Quidditch pitch, where the Gryffindor team was practicing, only stopping to take off her high heels. She walked up onto the stands and then she screamed to the captain of the team:

"James Potter, I love you!"

He flew down to her and said: "what took you so long?"

Then, in front of Lily's boyfriend, her friends, and the whole Quidditch team, after years of waiting, he slowly lowered his lips onto hers, giving her the softest, most loving, most meaningful and the best kiss.
