Phase 1
Super Mario Bros- A famous doctor named Mario takes a trip to New Donk City, but when a koopa from another dimension named Bowser steals the president's daughter "Peach" Mario finds an opportunity to save Peach to get all the recognition and popularity.
Kirby- A burglar named DeDeDe finishes his sentence in prison and decides to go above and beyond by not only stealing all the food in the mushroom kingdom but all the food in New Donk City and then takes over one of the city's most advanced theme park "Dream Land", but when a pink puffball named Kirby eats a strange flavored bubble gum and gains the power to swallow anything, so he decides to go take on DeDeDe along with the help of his friends.
Super Mario Bros 2- After Mario saves the city he makes a living off of saving the city, but when an ancient civilization known as the shy guys manage to take over the city Mario finds himself in a tough spot, 3 Mii's known as "Brawler, Swordfighter and Gunner" suggest that Mario gets help from his poor brother "Luigi" he hesitates at first but then realizes that it might be his only choice, so he gets the help of luigi to stop the shy guys and their vicious leader "Wart" and save the city.
Star Fox- When a broken man named "Fox" is offered a home as long as he works for a team named "Star" he joins and with the help of his team they plan to stop the evil mercenary "Wolf" from taking over Fox's home planet "Corneria".
The Legend Of Zelda- Taking place 2 centuries before anything else that has happened in the cinematic universe, A boy named Link wants to become a knight of Hyrule Castle but no one thinks he is worthy, but when an evil ruler named Ganondorf plans to take over Hyrule and kidnap the princess "Zelda" Link finds an opportunity to prove himself and lead the soldiers of Hyrule.
Super Smash Bros- When the Mii's ask Mario to make a team known as the "Super Smash Bros" to stop Wolf once again from taking over the planet, Mario asks Kirby to help, calls in Star Fox and sends Link to the future to help stop Wolf from taking over the planet.
Phase 2
Super Mario Bros 3- After the events of Super Smash Bros Mario realizes that bigger threats could show up any time, so he decides to make robots known as "R.O.B." to keep the citizens safe when the Smash Bros aren't around, but when the R.O.B.'s turn on Mario it becomes his job to turn them back to his side and save the city with the help of 2 new friends named "Ala-Gold and Bucken-Berry".
Star Fox Adventures- When the Star Fox gang get a distress call from an other team of soldiers, the team heads over to save them but end up losing and crash land on a planet called Sauria, when they meet up with an other fox named "Krystal" they make a deal that if they help her save her planet from the evil Lizard "General Scales" then she'll help the team rebuild their ship and escape the dinosaur planet.
The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time- When Link accidentally gets sent back to his time due to the power of the Ocarina, once he gets there he finds that ganondorf has taken over hyrule, Link plans to stop this but he can only do so with the Ocarina and his new friend "Ravoli", then he must make sure he can get back to the future before it's too late.
Xenoblade Chronicles- a boy named Rex is sent to a dimension known as Alrest, when he shows what he can do with a weapon he makes a deal with a guy named "Malos" to find a blade known as "Pyra" but later on Rex finds out that Malos is actually planning to kill him so Rex saves Pyra and she becomes his blade, together they embark on a journey to defeat Malos and get back to Rex's planet along with the help of a few other blades.
Super Smash Bros Melee- A strange signal comes from the R.O.B.s that calls in mysterious creatures known as "Master Hand and Crazy Hand", as they end up posing as a huge threat by destroying half of New Donk City, because of this it is up to the Super Smash Bros to team up once again too defeat the two hands, they also get help from new faces like Luigi, Ravoli, Zelda, Falco, and newer ones such as Leaf, Captain Falcon, or a R.O.B. that is much like a human.
Splatoon: Agent 3- After an innocent Inkling is framed for a murder the Inkling tries to defend himself, he manages to make a deal that if he can wipe out the whole Octoling race then they'll only put him on house arrest for a year.
Phase 3
The Legend Of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors- Link finds out that Hyrule is destroyed in the future, being destroyed, he asked Mario if there was a possible way to rebuild it, Mario at first knows that there is a way too but then a lady named "Cia" tells Mario that if Hyrule is rebuilt it will cause a signal calling in a huge threat known as "Wizzro", Link being angry, he assembles a team to fight against Mario too rebuild Hyrule, Mario does the same too keep it destroyed, Mario's team consists of Mario, Luigi, Mii Gunner, Icarus (Dark Pit), R.O.B. and Red, Link's team consists of Link, Ravoli, Mii Swordfighter, Zelda, Leaf and Inkling.
Fire Emblem- A noble detective known as "Marth" heads to New Donk City to investigate the remaining pieces of Master Hand and Crazy Hand when he ends up coming across an emblem known as the Fire Emblem, but when the Evil "Black Knight" attacks the city a knight named "Roy" says that Marth can use the emblem too summon an army and gain great power, therefore he has the power to save the world.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2- When Rex discovers a new country known as Torna: The Golden Country, he finds out that a Faced Mechon named "Metal Face" plans to use Torna to take over all of Alrest, but with the help of two new faces known as "Shulk and Fiora" the team plans to stop Metal Face from doing what he plans to do.
Red: Pokemon Trainer- After the events of Hyrule Warriors, Red realizes that he can do much more than he was able to before so he plans to defeat an evil leader named "Jeovanni" with the help of his Charizard and from Mario, but he needs to make sure to do it in time so he can go to his graduation.
Star Fox Zero- On the planet of Corneria a mysterious threat appears known as "Andross" who sends Fox and Wolf too a dimension known as the Final Destination, Fox ends up reuniting with Wolf, finally finding Kirby who was sent to the Final Destination and has been stuck there since the events of Super Smash Bros Melee, met two casual fighters named "King Boo and Petey Piranha", and meets a retired galaxy lord named "Rosalina", together they form a team to get back to their planet before Andross destroys it.
Icarus- After the events of Hyrule Warriors, Icarus (Dark Pit) becomes a noble defender of the world known as Sky World, but when an evil snake known as "Medusa" destroys Skyworld and takes all power from the goddess "Palutena" it becomes Icarus's job to defeat Medusa and save Skyworld.
Super Smash Bros Brawl- When a mysterious creature known as "Tabuu" is summoned, it plans to summon two more creatures known as "Galleam and Darkon" who could wipe out the whole multiverse, too stop them, the Super Smash bros must assemble even more heroes such as the Blades (Xenoblade Chronicles 2 cast), Marth and Roy, Red the Pokemon Trainer, and basically everyone that has been introduced in the Nintendo Cinematic Universe.
Splatoon: Agent 5 And 6- Taking place during the beginning of Super Smash Bros Brawl, Inkling's house arrest sentence is almost finished, but when the squid sisters go missing, the new squid sisters "Marina and Pearl" find out that inkling still has the old squid sisters trackers, they take in Inkling, together, the three of them must find the old squid sisters before its too late, they also have to do it before Inkling's sentence finishes.
Metroid- Also taking place before Super Smash Bros Brawl, A mercenary named "Samus" is told that there are remaining planets after being told that they all went extinct, but when a mysterious creature named "Ridley" sends a race known as the Metroids to attack New Donk City, it is Samus's job to defeat Ridley and save the city so she can get herself a home.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate- After the events of Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Kirby is the only Smash Bro left until he finds out that Zeke somehow survived, Mario and Mythra are also alive but trapped in the final destination, with that Samus survives and saves Mario and Mythra, Kirby and Zeke also manage to save Link, Fox, and Mii Gunner, there are also rumors that Mii Swordfighter and Inkling are still alive but are missing, together, the remaining heroes must work together to save the rest of the Smash Bros and defeat Tabuu and his army.
Red: Pokemon Master- Taking place after Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Red has had trouble living his life after the death of Mario, so to take his place, he becomes Pokemon Master of Kanto and graduates, but when mysterious creatures from another dimension known as "The Ultra Beasts" take over New Donk City, Red realizes that he needs to do better too defeat this threat, he must save the world just like Mario.
Phase 4
Fire Emblem Awakening- When Marth is finally revived after The events of SSBU he finds out that the Fire Emblem went missing, but when a rumor goes around that a celebrity named "Camilla" stole the Fire Emblem, it becomes Marth's job to go get it back.
Mii- Taking place before Super Mario Bros, three Mii's learn that a threat known as "Master Core" plans to destroy New Donk City, with that, the three Mii's gain new powers to take him on, one gets the power to punch as fast as an expert Boxer, one gets the power to wield any sword and know how to use it, and one gets the power to wield a handgun.
Xenoblade Chronicles X- After Tabuu killed Pyra during SSBU, Rex and the gang plan to go find her spirit with the help of Fox, Kirby and a new face named "Elma".
Arms- A pro fighter named "Spring Man" finds out that a company named Robotic Tech Arts is making copies of him and plan to use them to take over the planet, with that, Spring Man takes on the task too defeat all of them with the help of some other fighters.
Kirby: Planet Robobot- When the Blades (Xenoblade Chronicles 2 cast) fail to find Pyra's spirit, Kirby encounters a strange ship controlled by someone named "Susie" who plans to use the power of her technology to take over the multiverse, with that, Kirby uses a new mech of his to defeat Susie and save the multiverse.
Metroid Prime- When the space pirates make a copy of Samus known as "Dark Samus" too destroy the multiverse it becomes Samus's job too defeat her and the space pirates.
Icarus Uprising- Taking place after Super Smash Bros Brawl and before Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Palutena is the only one left of her race, she thinks of it like a vacation where she gets too do whatever she wanted, but when she learns that Tabuu is going to make Skyworld his homeland, when she learns this she must have an Uprising where she uses the rest of her power to bring back half of her fallen comrades, she will do this to defeat Tabuu.
Splatoon: Agent 8- When the Octoling race is wiped out by Inkling, one still remains, her name is "Octoling" and when she finds out that her whole race is dead, she seeks out to find the person who did this.
Spirits- When a mysterious threat shows known as "The Ancient Minister" causes a huge explosion through the planet, half of the citizens are turned into spirits, with that, all the fighters from phase 4 come together to save all the spirits and defeat the Ancient Minister and maybe Rex could potentially save Pyra.
