The alarm went off.

Leah groaned and shut her eyes tighter. Slamming her hand on the snooze button, she frowned.

Her head throbbed, her mouth was dry, and the light from the window was shining a little too brightly for her taste.

Ugh, fuck the world.

There were three good reasons why this morning was not a good morning. And Leah could testify to all three.

The first was simple: Sam and Emily had gotten married last night. That spoke for itself. Not that she had any problem watching the ex-love of her life marry her prettier, nicer, smarter, more popular cousin from Makah. Why would she have a problem with that? Don't be ridiculous, she was fine.

The second: She had decided to flirt with the bartender at the reception. He was a nice guy with pale gray eyes, fresh out of high school. A hair-flip here, and a wink there, and he poured her anything she wanted. High school boys were so easy. So easy that when she gave him a tiny nipple slip, he gave her a whole bottle of Cuervo. Ha. Haha.

And the third just moved in his sleep.

Her eyes shot open. She stopped breathing, suddenly aware that there was someone else in her bed.

She turned, ever so slowly, careful not to wake the beast that lay beside her.

Her heart stopped completely when she realized the mess she had gotten herself into.

She took a deep breath, trying not to phase in panic. She lifted her blanket slightly.

She was naked. And so was he.

Awesome.

She whimpered, smacking her head with the heel of her palm.

She shut her eyes, hoping that when she opened them, he would disappear.

She held her breath and counted silently.

One… two… three...

"Good morning," came a deep, hoarse voice as she came face to face with a sleepy Jacob Black.

Oh, fuck.

So that's it then! :)

I'm still deciding whether or not I want to continue this and make this into a multi-chapter thing, or if I should leave this as this is.

Let me know what you think, yes?

love, Justine.
