"I said I don't want to talk about it!" Sam insisted. "Stop trying to pry into my life!"
"Sam…" Dean trailed off. "That nightmare seemed worse the others," he said unsteadily. He watched Sam and didn't miss the water forming behind his eyes.
"Just drop it, Dean!" Sam barked out. "I'm fine! Jess is dead, okay? I get it! I'm dealing!"
"This isn't dealing, Sam!" Dean refuted. "Shooting everything in sight isn't dealing! Keeping all these secrets from your brother isn't a way of dealing!"
Sam looked at Dean with tear-stained eyes. "But I don't want to have to deal."
