Exchange Across the World
Who would ever think that I would be heading to Japan? Yes, my fourteen flight was almost was over. If I have sat here for another hour, I am going too killed this guy who is lean on me thinking I'm a big body pillow."Bing, Please fasten your seat belts we are about to land", said the flight attendant. Thank God it is about over. It was just like yesterday when I have applied to an exchange program for high schooler to go to Japan. After three months, I received a letter saying, that my application was accepted and here I am today meeting the family that I will be staying with for this coming school year, the Shoma. Supposedly, a 26-year man named Shigure, is the head of the household, a boy name Kyo, Yuki and a girl named Tohru who were the same age I was lived with him. Heading down the long hallway that connected airplane to the airport I will be soon be meet these strangers.
High school girls, High school girls, as he held the sign with her name on it, said Shirgure.
Damn, how long will it take it for her to arrive, said Kyo.
Damn, cat have patience, said Yuki.
I wonder if she is nice, hopefully we can be friends, said Thoru.
I search for my name on card through crowd until I came upon an older man surround by a girl and two boys my age holding a large card with my name, Sigwa. Dragging my bags towards them, I swear that instead of clothes in the suitcase that I had a midget in my bag.
(Yuki POV) After shutting up the cat, I saw a girl with dark brown hair with blonde highlights in a short choppy style that stopped around her ears. Her hazel eyes splayed a defiant attitude that was behind black squarish frames that off stetted her rosy high cheeks. She was wearing a blue sweater with cord khaki pants with brown clogs.
Hi, Sigwa welcome to Japan. I hope your stay with us will be pleasant, said Shigure.
