A Skydive for Bowser Jr.
It's a beautiful day at Bowser's Castle where Bowser Jr. is reading a book about skydiving. He loves to go skydiving and today might be his day to do a skydive.. So Jr. told his dad, "Bowser, may I go skydiving because I'm a great skydiver, please?"
Bowser smiled to him and said, "Jr., you are a great Koopa and I think skydiving is a great idea. You can go but make sure you eat up before you dive and have fun out there. Now, eat up and get ready!"
So Jr. hugged his dad and ran off to the Koopa Clown Car. He set the controls to on and the Clown Car flew off to the Skydiving Center for his first skydive.
When Bowser Jr. got there, he saw a plane with his logo on it. Jr. smiled and said, "Wow, I got my very own skydiving plane. This is so cool. Let's go skydiving!"
So Bowser Jr. landed his Koopa Clown Car on the ground and parked it. While he was eating his favorite snack, he said, "Good thing I have some snacks before I have to jump and it's so good. OK, now that I'm finished with my snack, let's dive!"
Bowser Jr. ran as fast as he could and smiled at the friendly Lakitu who was waiting for him. The Lakitu said, "Bowser Jr., you made it just in time. Did you have a great snack?"
"Yes, I had a great snack and now I'm ready to skydive." Bowser Jr. replied.
"Great. Now all you need is a skydiving suit and you're ready to go. Here, I have this green and orange suit and it is designed just for you. Go on, try it!"
So Jr. put on his suit and said, "I like it!"
"All right, looks like you'll be skydiving from 15,000 feet today. Now do you know how to skydive?" the Lakitu asked.
"Yes, I do. I know how it's done because I've been training since I was 5 so, let's go!"
"OK, then let's begin your skydive, shall we?"
So Bowser Jr. got in the plane and took off in the air. As the plane was flying, Bowser Jr. saw his castle from high above and it was amazing. The Lakitu opened the door on the side and said, "Well we have reached 15,000 feet. Now then, are you ready to jump?"
Bowser Jr. got a thumbs up from the Lakitu and said, "The suit is on, the parachute is ready, and I'm all set. Let's skydive!!"
"Great, now step to the door and I'll count you off. Once I say 'go', you will jump from 15,000 feet. You can open your parachute when you're ready to land. Now then, are you ready for your big skydive all by yourself?"
Bowser Jr. smiled to him and gave it a thumbs up.
"All right then, you'll skydive in 20 seconds. Get ready!"
So Jr. took a look around at the sky as Lakitu counts down, "10 seconds!"
He got into his diving position and said, "I'm ready!"
Lakitu checked his watch and counted down to the start of his jump, "5, 4..."
He checked the sky…
"3, 2, 1..."
Bowser Jr. took one last deep breath and then, it's time for him to jump. Lakitu raised his hand and threw it down as he said the one word…
"GO!!"
"Here we go!" Bowser Jr. shouted as he jumped out of the plane.
As Bowser Jr. flew down, he decided to use his shell for his new trick. He shouted out the trick, "Bowser Jr. Shell Whirlwind!!"
With the phrase shouted, he got inside to his shell and spun around like a whirlwind. He had successfully mastered the Bowser Jr. Shell Whirlwind. When the whirlwind disappeared, Bowser Jr. said, "Looks like I'm almost at the ground. Time to deploy my parachute and end my skydive."
As Jr. pulled the cord, his green and orange parachute appeared. He flew gently back down and landed safely on the green grass.
"That was super, I can't wait for me to do it again but, I have to get home and tell my dad that I just learned the Bowser Jr. Shell Whirlwind!" Bowser Jr. smiled, "To the Koopa Clown Car!"
So Bowser Jr. got back into the Koopa Clown Car and flew back to Bowser's Castle as the sun begins to set. He had a great day and a great skydive.
