Percy's POV
I really like Annabeth. My dad would drown me and Athena...She would torture me to death. Or worse. I shook that thought out of my head as Annabeth walked up to me. She had these beautiful gray eyes. Just like her mom.
But her eyes were prettier. "hey seaweed brain." she smirked. "nice to see you to wise girl." She smiled and I stood up we walked past the cabins, and found Chiron. He looked like something was getting to him. "What's up Chiron, What's going on?" he looked down at me. "It's nothing Percy, let's go eat.." I let it be for now.
I would ask him again later. Annabeth was talking to one of the guys from her cabin. It was time to eat so of course we gave half to the gods. I prayed to my father to be okay with the choice I was about to make. "hey Annabeth, walk with me?" she looked confused, but she got up and we walked down to the lake.
"What's up?" she asked. I chickened out. "I think somethings up with Chiron." she agreed. "We should let it be Percy." I love it when she said my name. "Annie doesn't want to go on a quest?" I had fake surprise on my face. "Don't call me Annie, Perseus" I cringed at the sound of my full name. "Alright, alright, fine Annabeth." She sat down, I sat down with her. "Hey Percy" she asked. "Yea" she looked me right In the eye. "Kiss me." \
I was stunned. She started to look hurt. She got up when I grabbed her arm and crashed my lips onto hers full force. Her lips tasted like strawberries. She kissed me back. All of a sudden a wave crashed into us. "Thanks dad." I said "Thanks so much for the support." Somewhere in the back of my mind I heard laughing.
I swear it was Poseidon. I dried off Annabeth since I wasn't wet at all. "Sorry bout that." I said sheepishly. "She laughed and kissed me again. A wave threatened to fall on us but I waved it off. "I think I love you." I said. "Of course you do seaweed brain." Annabeth said softly. She gave me a peck on the lips then ran off. Athena an my dad can do whatever they like, but I really love Annabeth. Nothing would come between us.
