Authors Note: Hi! Ok, so I wanted to do something for Valentine's day because I LOVEEE Valentine's day. So here it is!
I was hanging out in the mountain today, sighing as I sat on the couch watching the blank TV screen. Everybody else was out for Valentine's day, or at least that is what I assumed they were doing. Megan and Connor went out for a date at the movies, Aqualad was with Tula in Atlantis, Artemis went to go hang out with her mother ( Valentine's Day does not mean just romantic love ), and that just left Wally and I at the mountain. Alone. I sighed once again, wondering what I should do. I decided that I could go to the gym to do some training. So I got up off of the couch and started to walk towards the gym when all of a sudden I was lifted up off of my feet and being carried to who knows where. The breath-taking ride was over as quickly as it had began, and I was lowered to the ground.
I scanned my surroundings, I noticed that we were still in Happy Harbor and on the beach in front of the mountain. The sun was setting and the orange light seemed to make the minuscule rocks that made up the sand glow and everything had a sort of peaceful aura to it. I looked at the ground in front of me where there was a white and red checkered blanket, a picnic basket and a box of chocolates. I turned towards Wally and said, " You know this is a cliché right? " " Yeah, but you love it right? " " Hmm, that depends. " Wally smiled and gave a little peck on my lips. " Yeah, it is pretty asterous. "
