Sometimes, he wishes they would focus and be serious, do what they are supposed to do without being scolded like they're ten years old.
There are times when he wishes Tony and Ziva would stop bickering like an old married couple, that McGee would stop talking about his latest video game record. There are times when he would like Abby to stop getting attached to random animals, and when he wishes Ducky would skip his story and get to the point.
That team drives him up the wall, and not a day goes by without someone getting a well-deserved head slap. But every time Leon Vance tries to give him a new recruit, Leroy Jethro Gibbs says no. He says that his team already has everybody it needs, that they're the best he's ever worked with. And most of the time, he means it.
