Katsu's Crush
It was a regular day at Seishun Academy or well known as Seigaku-regular, except for the fact that Principal Ishikawa was retiring. All the students were busy creating farewell videos to pay tribute to him, and Syuusuke Fuji was in charge of taping. He was wielding his camera all over school, driving everyone crazy. At the moment, his focus was on Nami Katsuki, who wasn't exactly eloquent in these type of situations.
"We're going to miss you, old man," Nami said. Ï can't believe you're don't look a day over a hundred."Nami thought this was the most disgusting thing to say but she was saying Sayounara after all.
Fuji leaned around his camera. "Katsuki, he's only sixty-five." He said while chuckling.
"Really?" Nami said sarcastically, her face smirking. "Is he sick?" She was sure he was older.
"He will be after he sees this," Fuji joked….
"I want to do mine over again,"Nami ordered Fuji.
"We'll clean it up in editing,"he said dismissively, suddenly noticing Katsu Suzuki. She was leaning against a wall, staring into space, and chewing gum as if it were her job. She looked nervous. Fuji approached her. "Suzuki?" he asked. Nothing. He tried again. "Suzuki?"
But Katsu paid him no mind. She was in another universe entirely. Oblivious to her friends, she took a deep breath and walked right past them… and right toward Ryoma. Ryoma Echizen, the first year regular of their school's Tennis Club, was a heartthrob. But his fame wasn't a secret the way Katsu's was. All the girls loved him and fawned all over him. Katsu did, too, but in her mind only. To his face, she tried to be the cool, laid-back girl who treated him like a regular guy. After all, she kind of understood how it could be-that's why she kept her "other" life a secret.
