Just a quick drabble of Russia/China, prompted doing the Hetalia thing on my profile. It asked for a summary of at least 20 words of a Russia/China fic, and I ended up with a drabble. Anyway, I hope you like, and it's exactly 100 words. Just in case anyone besides me cares about the literal meaning of drabble.
China watches Russia he slowly leans away from their shared ideal, toward democracy and capitalism. The Communist ideals Russia fought America to share with China. As the Cold War draws to an end and the USSR dissolves into Russia, China wonders how long they'll be together if they don't even have their hatred of America, democracy, and capitalism in common. Wang Yao watches as Ivan turns to him, winks, and says: "You will be one with Russia, yes?" China decides it doesn't really matter what their bosses do, or who they follow, because right now he is one with Russia.
