I remember seeing a Glee fanfic that ran along these lines and I really wanted to write this. Enjoy!
Lawson
Lawson was simple. A wink here, a pat on the back there, and he was putty in her hands. She cornered him in the pub one night, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Leon
Stella adored Leon, simple as that. Sure, he might have been a little gross at times, but his total disgust at baked beans drew them even closer together. She went clubbing with him one night, and by nine A.M the next morning, she'd added another notch to her bedpost.
Josh
She thought Josh was pretty hot, and she was certain he'd peeked at her in the locker room at least twice. They got drunk together, had awesome angry sex, and agreed never to talk about it again.
Audrey
Stella liked blondes. She liked them a lot. And Audrey was a natural blonde, so that made her even hotter. Past history forgotten, a casual proposition in the Intel offices (while Leon was out) turned into miraculous shower sex. The next day, Audrey refused to look at her. Stella didn't mind.
Charlie
Charlie was almost at easy as Lawson. He was a simmering mess of pent-up sexual tension, and that just exploded one night after a stakeout. He swore her to secrecy, and she carved another notch before sleeping the next day.
Elliot
She was disappointed in this one. Potential AFL player, and he was a total dud root. So much for 'superior genes'.
Kerry
Stella had done the deed with Kerry once – after taking her out for a birthday dinner and 'hot inspector sex' – so a repeat performance wasn't difficult to arrange. She casually flirted and Kerry pounced. The next day, letting herself out of Kerry's small house, Stella hobbled back to her car and wondered if she was truly the victor there.
Shannon
Shannon took a little more work. Stella had left the best until last, and she was genuinely attracted to the older woman. After dinner, dancing, and drinks, Shannon still hadn't budged, so they spent the night cuddling, and Stella admitted to herself that this wasn't so bad after all.
The next morning, after making breakfast for her friend, Stella casually proposed a make-out session. Shannon didn't hesitate, but still refused to sleep with Stella.
"Why not, Shan? You're totally hot, I'm totally hot, just imagine it!"
Shannon had flicked the hair out of her eyes, gaze firmly fixed on the ground, and answered softly, "Because I really like you, Stella, and I just don't want to be another notch on your bedpost."
Stella was floored. She thought she might feel the same way about Shannon – maybe – but she had no idea what to do next. So she initiated more kisses while thinking about her options.
Maybe actually having a serious relationship wouldn't be so bad? Her main objective was to show everyone who actually ruled Tactical Response, and she'd pretty much achieved that anyway. She smirked to herself and wound her fingers tighter in Shannon's hair, cupping the nape of her neck and allowing her lips to drift down to Shannon's pulse point.
"Maybe I feel the same way about you, Shannon. But I don't know. I haven't done serious relationships for a long time. Maybe it's time I tried again."
Shannon whimpered, and Stella could feel the other woman's heart rate increase.
She would call this a victory, and her prize? Dating the second-hottest woman on the planet – after herself, of course.
She had learnt a lesson though – well two, actually. The first was that sex won't get you whatever you want.
The second?
Good things come to those to wait.
