Disclaimer: … I confess, they be not mine.

Set during/after Maxxie's confession in 107.

Suddenly the line became more blurred. It was no longer simply hating Tony, or simply backing him. It was watching Maxxie and seeing how he thought he was a slut for what he and Tony had done. Tony had used them both. Maxxie was one more person to add to the list, one more hurt to hate Tony for. But Maxxie didn't seem to hate Tony; he seemed to more hate himself. Tony had been the one that had done wrong, and yet Maxxie was the one to apologise.

Tony had done it before, had cheated on Michelle, every secretly knew, but they had no proof. They just knew, because it was how Tony operated. He had to sleep around because he needed to prove that he didn't need anyone. That he could have as many people as he wanted. But now it was verified, they had proof. But if they hated Tony for what he did, then they should hate Maxxie, and no one wanted to do that, not even Nips. Because at least Maxxie had apologised. And that night, in Russia, he had told Tony to stop fucking around. He had been angry and sad and drunk, so at least he had an excuse. Tony just did it to make things interesting, regardless of who got hurt. But it was wrong to be mad at one and not the other for a joint activity.

Now there little group was fractured further, tainted by more pent up anger and betrayal. And everyone was confused as how to feel. They were basically all each other had, no matter how clichéd that sounds, and they hated being mad at each other. Besides, wasn't it wrong to dislike Tony for his infidelity when 'Chelle too had been unfaithful?

Maxxie wanted to find that person, the one that would love him forever. He didn't like being used, Tony knew that and yet he still used Maxxie, just to make things more fun, more interesting. Maxxie wouldn't have let it happen had he not be angry, sad, lonely and drunk. So how could they hold it against him, when all of them had done stupid things in times of despair also? How could they blame him for any of it?

Each tried to keep life simple, but with the blame and confusion crowding them, that was becoming harder. The line was becoming more blurred.

Okay, not near as good as I hoped, but please tell me what you think! Sorry if it's a bit confusing. Please review!
