A/N2 Glad to be back after some sporadic internet problems! Going to catch up reading some excellent stories now...
"Did you see it?"
Tony frowned as he entered the bullpen, "See what McGee?"
A wide smile grew on Tim's face, and he looked to Ziva, "He didn't see it!"
"What the hell are you talking about McGee?" Tony huffed loudly.
"The Magnum Reunion one off show on CBS last night."
Tony's face fell quickly, and his bottom lip started to tremble involuntarily, "M…Magnum?"
Ziva stood up and placed a soothing palm on his cheek, "Aw, there, there Tony, it's ok, I saw it, it was fantastic wasn't it McGee?"
Tim was still smiling, watching Tony's pitiful agony increasing moment by moment, "It was just the best episode ever."
Blinking back tears Tony whispered quietly, "What happened?"
Ziva sat back down and folded her arms and look towards McGee, "I never thought that they would kill that character off it was just so sad, so unexpected and so heartbreaking."
Tim nodded in agreement as his face fell slightly, "That scene where Magnum is holding the body and his tears dropped down his Hawaiian shirt was just so moving"
Tony whimpered.
"Anyone record it? Did you not even think of telling me? Why did any of you so called friends not think it was a little strange that I hadn't been building up to watching this? I cannot believe that you guys watched that and didn't tell me. I do have a cell phone! One phone call and I could have caught it!"
There was an awkward silence as Tim and Ziva's eyes suddenly went to the floor.
"Ok, so who died?" Tony said as he narrowed his eyes and looked back and forth at Tim and Ziva.
"Come on, tell me, was it Rick? TC?"
His eyes widened, "Oh my God, it was Higgins wasn't it, oh no, no, no, don't tell me they killed Higgins off!"
He continued to scan the faces of his co-workers, "Okay, no!, Don't tell me, I don't wanna know, I want to wait till I see it on a re-run."
"Such a touching scene, I can feel my eyes filling up as I recall it, as Magnum held…"
Tony rushed at Tim and smacked his hand over his mouth. "McGee, you tell me who died in Magnum and I swear I will slap you silly for a week!"
WHACK!
"OWCH! Jeez boss, what was that for?" Tony winced.
Gibbs frowned at DiNozzo who had quickly released his hold on McGee and was furiously rubbing the back of his head.
"Stop terrorising the Probie! What the hell is wrong with you DiNozzo?"
"Nothing boss, just a little spoiler alert issue for a Magnum show I missed yesterday."
Jethro Gibbs smirked devilishly at his Senior Field Agent, "Get over it DiNozzo, he only shot the God-damned Doberman!"
Tony's jaw fell and he dropped his head to his chest and stared at the floor, disappointed at the spoiler totally ruined. He mumbled to himself,
"I can't believe he shot Higgin's dog."
He then snapped his head back up, stone-faced and serious, "Which one, Zeus or Apollo?"
Gibbs simply smiled and took another swig from his coffee cup and remained silent.
"Aw bossssss!!"
