Chapter 1

Shane didn't love me heart felt like it had shattered into a million pieces and each piece was stabbing me in different places.

"Claire im sorry"

he didn't sound sorry sounded bored.

"how could you?! How could you cheat on me! I thought you loved me"

Tears streaked down my face as I rushed upstairs and packed a bag.I didn't know where I was going to go but I wasn't staying and micheal were away for the weekend and shane thought Claire was with myrinn,that's why he brought another girl . that's where she would go,she hoped he would take her in but she wasn't going to sit here and think about she thought of the lab and it came up in front of her just as shane entered the room.

"Claire? Where are you going?" shane asked he began to look worried

"im leaving and im going the one place where I know ill be accepted" she then turned away from him and jumped into the portal.

CHAPTER 2

Darkness.I walked through the lab stumbling over piles of books and other things when I heard footsteps coming towards me.I didn't have a wepon.I knew I was probably going to die and for the first time I welcomed would be so much easier to be dead I I stretched my neck and waited for it never came.

"why are you doing that Claire? Is this a joke,im sorry if I don't understand are you here anyway?" myrinn was turing on the lights all around the room. He turned to look at her,waiting for her answer.

"doing what myrinn? Anyway I need your help" he gave her a long look which told her he knew what she was doing.

"youre wish is my command dear girl,why have you been crying?"he looked concerned which made her want to smile because he was a didn't care about her.

"that's why I need your I stay with you for a while?" a small tear escaped my eye and myrinns head jerked up to look at me.

"of course Claire youre always welcome here"

Then he did something hugged was pressed tight against him and she couldn't help but he noticed he didn't say anything.

"now." He smiled "please run off and get changed you have pyjamas yes?"

"no,I didn't bring anything" she mumbled weakly

He looked at her and then flashed across the room and retrived a black shirt from his drawer.

" run can dress in my room" I nooded and walked towards the room
