Nejiten- one shot
Ice-cream
"I think its enough for today, don't you think Neji?" asked the kunoichi as she breathed heavily, result of their hard training
"Hmp" agreed the Hyuuga prodigy as he relaxed his body
"Do you want to go for some ice-cream it is really hot today" Tenten pointed to the sun to emphasize what she said. He nodded as he followed Tenten through the forest in direction to the village.
When they arrived to the store Tenten started looking through her pockets without finding anything, Neji started wondering what she would be looking for as she desperately looked in her pockets
"Um, Neji do you have any money?" asked the weapon mistress looking hopefully looking into Neji's eyes. Neji's eyebrow shot up.
"I have no money" she explained
"I have enough for one" Neji handed the money to her
"It's okay we'll share it" Tenten rapidly grabbed the money and to buy the
Ice-cream before Neji could protest.
"Your vanilla ice-cream miss" said the man attending the shop giving her desert, she took the ice cream and they both took off to the protection of the shade of a tree in the peaceful of the forest.
"Here Neji" she sat close to him their arms touching she drew the ice-cream closer to his lips and lick some off to her mouth. He refused nervous that if they shared it their mouth would be inches apart.
"Come on Neji, or are you to proud to share a mere ice-cream with me" he denied her though as not being the reason he refuse.
"Then what are you so afraid of?" he flinched she knew his Hyuuga proud would urge him to prove her wrong and show her once again than he wasn't afraid of anything. His mouth shot to the ice-cream scoping some of the dessert into his mouth.
"See it's not so bad, right?" she giggled of how proud of himself could Neji be, her laugh sent a shiver along his spine he loved her so much and it took all his self-control to keep him controlled.
As they both kept eating from the ice-cream it started to grow smaller, she didn't sseem to mind while he grew constantly nervous as his tongue danced inches close to hers. His mind started wondering how would it feel her skin under his, her touch against his, her scent filling his lungs, her lips against his, what would it tasted like. He tried to shook off the though, but it kept coming back and his need of her grew stronger as the seconds passed.
"Neji?" Tenten noticed something was bordering the Hyuuga she knew him to well " is there something…" her words were suffocated as Neji pressed his lips firmly against hers.
The initial shock of Tenten wore of as Neji moved his lips gently into hers; she returned the kiss as she drew her arms around his neck pulling him closer and happy that the man she loved loved her back. She quickly forgot the though as Neji deepened the kiss and pulled her closer with his strong arms making Tenten's back to arch against his chest. Somewhere along the kiss they fall into the ground leaving the forgot dessert in the ground; Tenten hold him tightly close to her graving his hair passionately, Neji hold her face with his left hand as he gently pulled back holding himself up with his right hand so Tenten wasn't crush by his weight.
"I loved you" tenten had dream about the moment Neji would tell her he loved her and no one else, but had given up all hope that that would ever happen and still here he was telling her he loved her, this was way better than any dream she had ever had. She smiled to him; he loved her smile it lightens up her whole face.
"Me too" Neji smiled too as he lean in for another kiss.
