This is a one shot dedicated to all fathers on Father's Day. I know it was yesterday, but I still wanted to do something special.

Mr. Davenport's POV:

I was frantically pacing around the hospital room. Tasha was in labor and I just couldn't handle the stress! Leo, Adam, Bree, and Chase were all on their way to the hospital. The baby was coming quicker than we expected.

"Mr. Davenport, we're here!" Chase exclaimed as my four other kids entered the waiting room. "Oh thank goodness," I breathed. "How's my mom doing?" Leo asked. "I don't know I haven't heard from her," I replied shrugging.

"This is for you," Bree said as she handed me a card. I looked at her confused as she handed me the card. "What's this?" I asked as I started to open the letter. I opened the card and it read:

Dear Big D/Mr. Davenport,

We are so thankful for you and we love you so much! Thanks for being our father and always encouraging us. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you. Thank you.

Love,

Adam, Bree, Chase, and Leo

"I completely forgot it was father's day!" I exclaimed. "Well, guess what? You're gonna be a new father today," Chase said with a smile. "Wait, so he's no longer going to be our dad?" Adam asked. "No, he still is," Bree assured him.

"Thanks guys. This means the world to me," I said with a smile. I opened my arms wide and my kids embraced me. A tear ran down my cheek. I was going to be a father again. Only this time, it was different. I won't have to train my daughter, I won't have to stick her in a basement, she will be normal. But not to me. She is going to be just as extraordinary as her bionic brothers and sisters.

The door opened. "Mr. Davenport?" I heard someone ask. I let go of my kids and turned. It was the doctor. "How is my wife is she okay?" I asked. "She is absolutely fine. But there is someone she'd like you to meet," The doctor started.

"Can my kids come in?" I asked. "Mrs. Davenport requested for all of you to come in," The doctor replied. We all followed the doctor into the hospital room. Tasha was holding something that was wrapped in a blanket.

"Hey, everyone," Tasha whispered. I walked near the bed and Tasha let me have a look at what she was holding. My daughter. "She's beautiful," I whispered as I placed my hand on her soft cheek.

Tasha lifted our daughter up motioning for me to hold her. I gently cradled her in my arms. Then I saw her eyes trying to flutter open. She looked up into mine. She had beautiful brown eyes.

"She's so cute!" Bree gushed.

"Congratulations, Mr. Davenport. You too, Tasha," Chase said with a smile. "My little sister is almost as cute as I am," Leo said as he grinned. We all laughed. "When can she play fetch with me?" Adam asked. "Not for a while, Adam. But just you wait, she'll be ready in no time," I told him.

"Well, we're so happy for you guys," Bree said. "Yeah. We can't wait until she comes home," Leo added. I smiled at them and then I looked down at my new daughter. "Welcome to your new family, Kira. I'm proud to say that I'm your daddy," I whispered to her.

So I know it was a little short, but I wanted to make a one shot for Father's Day. This fanfic was dedicated to my dad. Well, he's more like my hero. Thanks for being there for me.
