"Hey Cedes! This is my friend Matt and he is a dance major. I told him how you were looking for a new background dancer and suggested he audition," greets Kurt as he hugs his best friend. "Hey boo! And nice to meet you Matt. I would love to have you audition if you're up for it," smiles Mercedes. "Oh, I'm ready when you are. It's great to meet you and I appreciate the opportunity. I love your music and I really support your style," replies Matt as he gathers his music from his bag. "Okay boo, whenever you ready, show us what you got." After a phenomenal less than ten minute audition Kurt and Mercedes talk over the audition in complete awe. "So, is he who you're looking for because the by can move Cedes and he needs this trust me. From our conversations, he's doing this on his own and could use all the help he can get." Mercedes smiles, "He's good white boy and I dig his style. I think I've got a new background dancer!" Blaine, Brittany, and Sam enter as Kurt and Mercedes turns to Matt to give him the good news. "Matt, you were AMAZING and I can't wait to work with you! You are official hired as my background dancer!" exclaims Cedes as the best friends tug Matt in a group hug. "Hey babe, what's going on?" questions Sam as he glance cautiously at the scene before him wonder who the hell is this guy all up on his woman. "Oh baby, this is Matt. He is my new background dancer! Britt do you think you could help him catch up? Oh Matt, this is my boyfriend Sam, that's Blaine, and this is my other background dancer Brittany," states Cedes as she calms from her excitement. "It's nice to meet you all. I go to school with Kurt and he told me all about this audition and when I found out it was Mercedes, HUGE FAN by the way, I had to audition," gloats Matt as he shakes each individuals hand, Sam's handshake a little firmer than necessary. "Well, yeah my girl is quite the artist. She's the absolute best and EVERYONE will know her name and that I am HER MAN."
"Sam, stop it. It's great to meet you," says Blaine as he shakes his hand. Brittany ignores his hand and tugs him into a big hug. "It's so great to meet you Matty. I can't wait to work with you. You are so cute, are you a dolphin? Because Kurtie and Blainey are dolphins and I love my dolphins because they are special unicorns like me." "Uhm, I don't know what any of that means, but I don't think I am." Kurt steps in and touches his shoulder gently, "Don't mind Britt, she's the sweetest person but not the sharpest. By dolphin she means gay because she believes dolphins are gay sharks." Matt chuckles, "Oh, well I guess I am a dolphin." Blaine's ears perk up and he becomes more invested in the conversation and his surroundings. "Oh, are you well that's great to know. I just so happen to also be Kurt's fiance. So how do you know Kurt? How long have you known each other?" Kurt and Cedes roll their eyes in unison at the ridiculousness of their boyfriends and jealousy. "Not long, but we have dance class together, I am a dance major. Anyway, I have to go, but see you later Brittany and Mercedes for rehearsals and thanks again," calls Matt as he rushes off feeling unwanted tension. "Really guys? Are you insane? Every guy we associate with doesn't automatically want to get into our pants geez," laughs Kurt. "That's right! Even if they did, they can't have us because we have the best boyfriends anyone could ask for," agrees Mercedes. "Yeah, yeah, okay I'm hungry, let's go and meet the others," replies Sam. Blaine nods in agreement and thinks, I still need to watch this Matt because if he makes one wrong move, it's on. The five all walk out together to meet their friends for dinner.
