Chapter 1 - Left Outside Alone
I was in the car with my parents, it was almost midnight, I was listening to music with my headphones and the music was between sad and melancholic, they were drunk, my father more than mom "Let me drive, woman!" he screamed at her as my mom as she turn right and out of the Main Street "For the last time, you are DRUNK!" she answered, outside it was starting to rain and I was glad that I brought with me at least a sweater and a BIG scarf, we were returning from a party and mom insisted that I should wore a skirt, there for my outfit wasn't the best for the weather, thank God we had the car, nut the atmosphere in it wasn't the best "WOMAN!" my father screamed to mom extremely angry and she, sick of him, parked the car and got out to swich with my father, he open the door to her and got out angry. When she sat on the passenger's seat he closed the door hard, I noticed that mom took her headphones as well and started listening to her music, just like me, when father was drunk and driving he usually never talk to us.
It was in that moment that my father opened my door and grab my bag, in there I had my cellphone, my book, and my wallet and he just thought it to the street "What are you doing?!" I screamed at him, without thinking it twice I took off my seatbelt and run to protect my book from the rain, but when I turned around I just saw the car getting away down the street "WAIT!" I screamed terrified, the rain soon start to increased and I was still far from my home, besides, I arrived who knows what my father would do to me.
