Prologue
My name is David. As I write this, an alien race of slugs called Yeerks are invading our planet. Earth. I'm sure you've already heard about them before. Perhaps from one of the cool kids, the members of the exclusive club. The Animorphs. Or perhaps you're a Controller. But that doesn't matter right now. What matters is that, as I sit in my house watching TV, a red-tailed hawk flies towards me. Tobias.
