Ode to Severus Tobias Snape
Professor of Hogwarts for Sixteen Years and Headmaster until his death, he protected his greatest enemies flesh and blood for a love he never felt back, he sacrificed ao much to prove himself, he became a death eater to try and get some pride, he truly was the bravest man Harry ever knew, the bravest man we all ever knew. He didn't even flee the country when he could because he stayed to protect Lily, he turned away from the Dark Lord just to save her when it had been what? Six Seven years since she had last spoken to him. Professor Severus Tobias Snape is the greatest character in the Series. He may have bullied the other houses and especially Harry, but all of Slytherin House got a bad rap from not only the other students but the world at large so he favoured them, he bullied Harry because he reminded him of Lily and his greatest mistake as well as his worst enemy.
Sorry just went on a little rant about Professor Snape, I just think everyone is unduly harsh to him and don't realise that he suffered from an alcoholic father, bullies and an unrequited love as well as then having to see the reminder of what you did in daily life.
