Eddi began to cry heavily. "Luc... I'll never forget you ok. Keep in touch?"

"Don't go-" Luc started as she turned back towards the car. "Please... Please don't go."

"Luc, I have to. I have to do this properly... I have to get better."

"Eddi... Eddi... Please don't go!" He cried into his hands, falling to his knees.

Eddi shook violently and sat by him. Hugging him tightly, she rocked back and forth. "It's ok... You'll be ok... Stay strong and keep in touch, yeah?"

"Eddi... Please!"

Eddi got up and kissed his head one last time. "Goodbye Luc."

She got back in the car and they drove away.

Luc curled up on the grass.

"Eddi... Eddi..."
