***Trigger Warning*** You looked in the mirror only to be disappointed with what you saw. You couldn't come to terms with what Happy saw. He saw a woman with strength and courage. But what you saw was a weak pathetic excuse of a human being. Hap knew about your problem but you haven't done it in a year or two. But after some months of being associated with the club you fell into your own darkness. You looked in the mirror one last time but instead of feeling sadness you felt hatred. The mirror shattered to pieces as your fist connected with the glass. You fell to the floor wrists and knuckles bloody. After a while you decided it was time to clean yourself up. You'd clean the bathroom tomorrow morning. Happy was out on a run with the guys and wasn't expected to be home till late tomorrow maybe even the next day. After you bandaged yourself up you went to bed. When you woke the next morning you heard the tv on and someone in the kitchen. You grabbed your gun and crept slowly into the hallway only to collide with the one person you hadn't expected this morning. Happy. Of course you yelped when your face came into contact with his chest as you weren't expecting the "burglar" to be this close.
"Jesus Hap you scared the hell out of me."
"Morning."
You went to the bedroom and put the gun back as you recalled last night's events. You scrambled to the bathroom only to find it clean. You were ashamed. You didn't think he was gonna find out. As you stood in the doorway in a trance Happy walked up to you and started rubbing your shoulders.
"Need anything Y/N?"
"Just coffee."
Tears brimming your eyelids now as you walked to the kitchen.
"Sit I'll get it."
Happy was acting nicer than usual. Not a good sign but not necessarily a bad one either.
"So wanna talk about it."
He handed you your coffee and sat across from you.
"No," you grumbled as you sipped your drink slowly.
"Do you need to talk about it?"
He looked the same as usual. Cold and like he was ready to kill.
"I suppose."
And with that response he knew you weren't gonna say one word about it for a couple days.
"When did you get in?"
"Sometime this morning."
You got up and sat in his lap only needing comfort right now.
"We'll talk whenever you want."
He gently kissed the top of your head and carried you to the bedroom where you both drifted off, glad to be back in each other's arms.
