"Perfect symmetry, eh?" Spirit murmured as he spied on Kid from behind a couch. "I'll show him perfect symmetry..." Spirit pulled out a perfectly symmetrical heart card. He crawled out from behind the couch, threw the card at the back of Kid's head, and hid once more.
Kid stared at the card. He opened it cautiously, reading the carefully written words to himself. "Meet me at the Notre Dame Cathedral, tonight at midnight..."
Time passed quickly. Spirit stood at the cathedral and checked his watch. "Kid should be here any minute."
As he said this, Kid stepped in front of the shadowed spot where Spirit stood. Spirit stepped out of the shade and into the moonlight.
Kid did a double take. "S-Spirit?" He fell down in shock and began scooting away.
He stopped scooting, looked at the ground, and blushed. Spirit got on his knees and tilted Kid's head so their eyes met. "Kid, I love you..."
Kid darted his eyes away, saying, "I love you, too, but I'm much too young for you..."
"Age is but a number~" Spirit kissed Kid passionately.
At that moment, Maka appeared out of nowhere. Her eyes widened at the sight of Kid and her father. "D-Dad!"
Spirit parted his lips from Kid's and sweat dropped. "Maka – honey – daddy was just-"
Maka maka-chopped spirit, screaming, "You crazy sicko!"
