A stream of evil laughter escaped Naraku's lips as Sesshomaru struggled vainly against the chains that bound him. "Damn bastard…" The dog demon bared his fangs and bit the air, creating an echoing clacking sound.

"Yes, keep struggling, Inu. The more you move the more energy the chains take." Sesshomaru released an enraged roar and threw his body forward, nearly pulling his bonds from the wall. Instantly, they tightened, nearly choking him. As he coughed up white dribble, Naraku let his hand wander under the dog's chin. Forcing the proud lord to look at him, the spider smiled.

"Is this real enough for you, Sesshomaru? You were so confused that day we met." The dog demon spat in his face. Naraku gripped tighter, sinking his nails deep in Sesshomaru's chin. "Now that you've decided to stay, we'll remain together forever."

"I never said I'd stay!" The spider frowned slightly and pulled his hand away, licking droplets of blood greedily.

"You can't abandon me…" He turned back to the dog demon, his eyes turning pure red as he said, "You belong to me!" The chains turned to tentacles and began digging small roots into the pale flesh of the platinum blond. A bite mark on the Inu's neck panged and pulsed with miasma. "Breathe in and take my life in you." A tentacle ending in a flower neared the dog's face, and then burst apart, scattering black pollen. "No longer myself only you." Sesshomaru's mind flashed with memories of fire and screams. "There's no escaping me, my love. Surrender."

The tentacles slackened and the Inu fell to the floor, gagging and writhing in pain. Slowly, he forced his mind to focus and began crawling away from Naraku. "Darling, there's no sense in running." A tentacle slammed into his back, knocking the air from his burning lungs. "You know I will find you." Another tentacle hit and began dragging him back. "Everything is perfect now. We can live forever."

"No…" was all Sesshomaru could mutter as he was lifted into the air by his legs. His arm hung by his side, useless.

"You can't abandon me… You belong to me!" The bite mark burned again and more miasma coursed through his veins; the snowy cursed himself for being unable to neutralize it. "Breathe in and take my life in you." Naraku placed a sweet kiss upon his captive's lips. "No longer myself only you." Sesshomaru's vision began blurring as he felt his clothes loosen. His armor fell to the floor and his shirt joined it moments after. "There's no escaping me, my love. Surrender…" A warm tongue trailed on his stomach and flicked at his bellybutton. He cursed himself again and again as his body responded to the touch.

"Surrender…."

"I heard you the first time, Gumo."

"Oh shut up and assume the position, you damn dog."
