Arceus was standing near Rasets giving him a glare though to the Darkside it doesn't affect him, he may be weaken and place in Arceus cage, he still has enough power to not fear theses things.
"Arceus what a pleasant surprise, tell me what brings a omnipotent being such as yourself to such a lowly spirit." Rasets said sarcastically.
Arceus gave him a glare, "the being you sent to stop Ross progress has failed."
"Oh drat, I should've created a more stronger aura beast." Rasets said snidely but all he got for Arceus human form to push him back the barrier.
"Don't mess with me, I should destroy you right here" Arceus snarled but all he got was a glare from Rasets.
"I admit, you are scary to a extent old boy, but don't forget, you can't kill whats already dead and in a spirit format, Especially in this place" Rasets said making Arceus mad but know he's right. It may be part of Giratina prison but it was still part of the spirit realm, can't kill something if its already in there.
"Besides it was the perfect exercise, what a better way to show his new-found control then in battle."

Arceus let go but before he leaves, Rasets said "Your plan may not work, you do realize that." He turn to Rasets with a incredulous gaze.

"I thought for sure Shade was going to be the victor till Naruto killed Sasuke in the mortal kombat tournament, yet Kanton alives, if that doesn't say times is mad than nothing will but that's besides the point." Rasets said.
"You may try to give your warriors weapons necessary to annihilate my predecessors, but the odds gives mine chosen equal grounds to kill him and his comrades, heck for all you know it may not even be the Deoxys pokemorph, it could be the Hollow-devil, the Twilight warrior or even, the Vampire so in other words." Rasets
"It will come down to luck to see who wins." Arceus said in a whisper finishing rasets speech.
"Correct" the king said. Arceus just calm himself down and left, Rasets smirked sensing he's alone and created tunnels to see each beings progress.
He miss kicking ass sure, but messing with people heads is almost as good.
