MAGNETIC [Incomplete]

Denmark sighed and ran a hand through his messy blond hair. He would rather play with a different person's messy blond locks, but that was the reason he was sighing in the first place. It was just a sudden thought that popped into his head as he looked at his unconscious companion. He didn't know why he suddenly thought of his drinking buddy as attractive, those flushed cheeks adorable, and those parted lips kissable. He didn't know why the eyebrows that were always made fun of because of their sheer size suddenly seemed to actually fit his friend's angelic face.

Denmark sighed because he knew that he had fallen - too fast and too far.

It was an attraction that he couldn't seem to resist. Despite his complaints about his friend's stuck-up attitude when sober and embarrassing ideas when drunk, Denmark felt himself drawn to him, almost like a moth to a flame. Falling in love with the man would bring nothing but trouble, as relationships between nations can get pretty complicated, not to mention chaotic, but even though he tried so hard to dismiss his feelings, or a least shove them at the back of his mind, they wouldn't go away.

But maybe they shouldn't. Maybe love isn't the kind of thing that you can just ignore.

So Denmark stopped resisting and tentatively ran his fingers through surprisingly smooth golden strands, staring at the face of his, dare he say it, beloved.

"Dammit, England," he sighed again, but a small fond smile adorned his face.
