This is just pure fluff, I saw a prompt on the Puckleberry tag on Tumblr, I can't remember whose it was but that's where I got it so R&R!
Love Bethan xx
"I'm going to go to bed, I'm so tired," Rachel groaned when she stretched all her sore muscles, "Are you coming?"
"I'm just going to watch this last inning then I'll come join you," He answered totally not staring at her ass in those booty shorts.
"Okay, make sure you put all that in the trash please," She flicked her hands towards his Chinese food cartons and empty bottles of Coors on their coffee table, "Night Noah."
"Night baby," Puck kissed her gently before turning his attention back to the game as she walked out of their living room, "love you!"
"I love you too!" She shouted back giggling.
Rachel sighed happily as she climbed into bed that night; rehearsals for the latest school musical of NYU's rendition of Chicago were super intense, and she had to work extra hard to impress the board with Rachel being the first freshman in fifteen years to gain a lead in the performance.
There wasn't a muscle in her body that didn't hurt; she'd do anything to be back in Lima in her bed, watching Funny Girl with her dads as they talked about everything. She loved living with Noah, the two had been together since their sophomore year of high school and they moved in together four months ago when they were heading for college in New York, but sometimes she just wants to be home. She finds herself laughing at her hypocritical self; she had wanted to get out that cow town since she was five and had just taken her first vacation to the big city.
Her phone buzzing brought her out of her little day dream, her eyes whipped open and she stared at her ceiling, a glowing coming from it. She checked her phone first, seeing an email from one of her professors; Rachel ignored it and examined the glowing. For a second she had to pinch herself, glow in the dark stars covered the ceiling just like in her sunshine yellow room back at home.
She casted her gaze on an empty box of Cosmic Glow on the dresser, her smile glowed like the stars on her ceiling as she ran (read limped) back into the living room and dived onto her boyfriend, "Thank you." She whispered in his ear.
"What for?"
"Thank you for the stars, silly." She giggled, "What made you do it?"
"Oh that…I can tell you've been homesick, and I thought maybe buying you the stickers would make you feel better."
She kissed him deeply before hugging him, "You're so sweet."
"I'm a badass babe, I can be romantic and shit," He told her while Rachel ran her hand through his Mohawk, "does this mean I get lucky tonight?"
"Noah, you always have to ruin moments." She straddled his hips and leant on his chest comfortably, nuzzling her face in his neck, "I love you." She placed a kiss there.
"And I love you, but seriously babe, how about I make you see some more stars?" Rachel didn't even have to look at him to know he was smirking and wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.
"Are you an astronaut now?" She smirked.
"I can be whatever the fuck you want me to baby," He smirked straight back at her, standing up from the couch with her still in his arms, "let's go to the moon." He flicked the TV and main lights off before running towards their bedroom making swoosh sounds as he went and pretending to talk to Houston.
"Dork." She muttered as he laid her on the bed and kissed her deeply.
And for the record she did see plenty of stars that night.
