My first Liv and Maddie fic, a short story but still I wanted to do this to prove a point that should've been made in the ending of the episode "Switch-a-Rooney".
I own nothing. Liv and Maddie and all its content belong to Disney. I don't own the cover image either.
Enjoy the story!
Up the driveway. Down the driveway. Down the street to get the mail. Around the curve. Two blocks away to the gas station to get gas and maybe some treat. Three blocks away to the store. Another mile or so to get to the school.
Everywhere. Everywhere Liv was driving. Why? Because her mother had found out her and her sister's switch trick and was punishing her on her part by making her drive everywhere she wanted to go. It didn't matter how short or long the drive. It didn't matter how completely and utterly useless and wasteful where she was going, such as picking up the newspaper from the driveway. As long Liv did all the driving exactly when mom said to.
Seem simple enough? Well those in the driver seat didn't get to check their phone for anything new that had been updated or posted. So while the back and passenger seat drivers got to interact and look at stuff and do things on their phones, Liv had to focus on the road, not once reaching over to her phone to see, less get in an accident for not looking at the street.
It reeked, but still Liv had found a way to get her back. After discussing it with Maddie, they had found a simple point that still went in the boundaries within mom's punishment for Liv, yet still gave them an advantage over the cruel women-who-gave-birth-to-them's tyranny. Something she'd never expect.
Liv didn't have to pay for gas. It all came from her mom's paycheck.
This is the obvious point I wanted to say. That's it. Thanks for reading, please leave a review with some much appreciated feedback and feel free to check out some of my other stories. Sincerely, v.t.7
