I woke up with a big smile on my face, even though it was only 8 o'clock. "Today's gonna be great, I can't wait to see the look on Annabeth's face!" I thought to myself as I stepped into the shower.

2HOURS LATER...

"Hey Seaweed Brain, and here I thought you slept in until noon everyday." joked Annabeth as I greeted her.

"Normally yes, but today is different. That's why I planned out an entire day for just the two of us!" I grinned as a look of suprise came over her face.

"Did you win the lottery or something, why in a good mood all of a sudden?" asked Annabeth.

"Because today is a special day and I wanna spend it with you." I smiled, extending my arm like a gentleman. She slowly took my arm before giving a faint smile. "Perfect, so I thought we could start off with a nice grilled cheese and tomato soup lunch along the shore, sound good?"

"Sounds perfect!" she beamed, as I walked her to the lake. I lead her toward a table I had set out earlier and we ate our sandwitches in a pieceful silence. Atleast until Annabeth started throwing bits of her sandwitch at me. All of a sudden, our peaceful lunch had turned into an all out food fight. When I ran out of food to throw, I playfully tackled her and we rolled around in the sand. We stopped rolling with her lying on top of me, laughing like crazy.

"Well, now that lunch is done, I was thinking we could watch scary movies in my cabin?" I asked hoping she wanted too. Before I knew it, she was half way to my cabin shouting "Last one there butters the popcorn!"

We watched this movie about giant spiders, making Annabeth jump and cuddle into me every time a spider killed someone, which happened alot more then you'd think. Finally, we ended up back at the shore line, watching the sun set over the evening sky.

Annabeth cuddled in closer to me and gave a content sigh. "Thanks for the amazing day Seaweed Brain, I had alot of fun.

I couldn't help but grin when I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her cheek. "You're welcome Wise Girl, I'm glad you had fun."

Annabeth looked up at me with currious eyes and quietly asked "By the way, why was today of all days so important to you?" so as not to spoil the moment.

"You mean you don't remember?" I asked, faking suprise. "Well I'll tell you. You see today is very important to me because on this day, the best thing that's ever happened to me, happened."

Annabeth looked at me looking even more confused then before. I laughed quietly beforfe looking into her stormy grey eyes that I love. "Five years ago, on this day, was the day I first met you." I said smiling, before I planted a soft kiss on her lips. "Happy 5 year anniversary Wise Girl, I love you."
