Ok here is how this works. You have to write 6 one-shots about Casey and Derek's relationship. Each one-shot will be first person perspective of their friends. Derek and Casey can only be mentioned; they are not to have active speaking roles (you can quote them when talking about the past. They are not together, but of course have that romantic tension.

Casey and I liked each other, or at least I was pretty sure she liked me at the time. Derek for
Some reason was against us getting together from the start, he made up a stupid guy code.
Derek said that a guys best friend can't date the other friends step sister, or something like that.
I of course went out with her though because Derek had a change in heart, or so I thought.
Now I think he just didn't want to make Casey sad, he was whipped and they never even dated.
Casey didn't seem to into me once we started dating, it's like she wanted a chase and I just
agreed with her. I thought that was what girls wanted, at least any normal girl, but Casey was
different she was the one for me. To her I was just Derek's friend and her friend with benefits.
She eventually broke it off after yet another stupid fight. I swear Derek was smirking
Every time he caught me looking at "his" Casey. I think I should just let Derek get what he
wants, as usual next time because what Derek wants is usually what should be done.
