Well, this is finally it, isn't it.
Our two heroes are lying here, in a pool of blood.
Nearly dead.
But not yet.
You see, they've been in a very big battle! They lost two friends along the way. Very close friends.
Jade and Rose. Dead. Lost in battle.
It was tragic.
They sacrificed themselves. A suicide mission was all it was. All along, all it was, just a battle four 16-year-old kids were in. Kids who never did anything wrong. They never got a chance to go to prom, never got to do any of that stuff normal teenagers do.
They knew this would all happen. Oh yes. The second they were reincarnated they knew.
Lets get back to our heroes, shall we?
So like I said, there they were, lying in a pool of blood, glasses broken. These two boys had always been the best of friends.
They were lying there, whispering secrets, truths, and confessions.
John was telling Dave about adventures he had had on the spaceship with Jade when he abruptly stopped.
He stared blankly into the sky, as tears began to stream down his bloody bruised face.
John mouthed a goodbye and was gone at the blink of an eye. Just before he had taken his final breath John managed to let on a weak smile.
Dave couldn't stand this. He had already lost everyone he loved. There was no one left. No more hugs, no more smiling.
It was about to be over.
His life wasn't ending fast enough.
He wanted it to all be over. No more breathing. Gone. No more lying on this warm blood.
Dave, trembling, reached for John's hand. He held it, squeezed it, cried on it and everything in between.
Finally, his last breath was taken and he passed with a smile on his face and grasping his best friend's hand.
It was beautiful.
