A/N: This is part of some weird AU high school-y headcanon I'm developing, I guess I might turn this into a series and explain the whole dynamic. If so, this will either be deleted and added to the series, or re-written.
She gets sick to her stomach all day the next day because the night before she fell for him. Okay, so it wasn't like it was completely unexpected. Her one-sided crush on Sasuke was in another dead zone, he wasn't talking to her again, and she may be crazy about him, but she can't wait for him forever.
So why not flirt with the sweet, cute-in-an-awkward-way guy that she'd found herself hanging around with ever since she'd started spending more time with Naruto and Neji? No harm was supposed to come of it, but now she was jealous of his former crush on Sakura, and that girl she met last night hanging all over him...maybe it was just platonic, but now she was desperate to be "friends" with that girl to make sure she wasn't making any moves.
She's sick with the thought that she's falling, she's sick with thoughts of jealousy, she's just sick to her stomach all day, and she knows that, one way or another, she's got to make Lee hers, or else she'll never be cured of this.
Ino has to formulate a plan.
