On top of her sadness because her most precious person had left her, Historia felt something else, something even stronger and more painful. It was a neverending burning feeling within the depths of her soul, it felt like it would swallow her as a whole at any minute and never let go of her. As endless amounts of tears rolled down her cheeks, the feeling became so overwhelming that once she choked out some words they abandoned her mouth in barely a whisper;
''... W-why did she... choose them... over m-me...''

Yes, why.
Historia didn't know why but the thought of Ymir considering Reiner and Bertholdt more important than her made her feel devastated. She couldn't believe it, she was sure that she was Ymir's most important person as she was hers. Then why did she ditch her to run away with those traitors. Ymir belonged to her and her only, she was supposed to be the only one to get all of her attention. They were supposed to live together only for themselves and for each other. Damn you Ymir, damn you. Ymir had betrayed their bond. And deep within Historia a nagging, nasty feeling had awakened;
