The sound of 28 year old Hermione Granger's cries echo through her nearly empty apartment. She is weeping over her lost love.
Him and her,
life is turned.
The day I knew you would leave.
I can barely breath,
Can you hear me scream?
She and Draco had been together since their sixth year at Hogwarts school. She had loved him so much, but now....it was over. 'How could this be happening' she thought, holding her head in her hands.
O-o-o thrown in all directions.
You epitome of perfection.
She's lost her will
Time is standing still.
She sits, remembering the previous night and how she just couldn't do it anymore. She loved him, yes, but their relationship was far too difficult to maintain. 'He looked so sad. All alone' she thought.
He walks her home,
Now he walks alone.

Hermione is now 31 and still hurting over the man she gave up. 'I doubt he even cares anymore' she thinks to herself.
The days, they turn
into years.
The eyes, they drown
in tears.
Can you hear me scream?
Just then, she hears a knock at her door. She stands and opens it to find a disgruntled Draco looking back at her. 'Maybe he does care'

He had come to say that he still loved her. She can't do this. She needs time to think. Her heart is in her throat.

'What Have I just done?' she wonders to herself. She snaps back into reality and runs out the door into the pouring rain. When she catches up with him, she wraps her arms around him in the moonlight and brings her face to his. They kiss, so tenderly and everything becomes unimportant.
Love lost, was found.
Night turns to day.

Finally they are together once more.
