This story might suck, and not make any sense but I'll do my best. n.n;

Notes:

1: This is in ANCIENT Egypt.

2:Seth is Item's cousin so. . .Because Shizaru is Seth's daughter she is Atemu's niece.

3: I am working on other stories so give me a break. I'll redo the chapters later.

4: I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh!

Somewhere in a small shop in Layruix at Twilight two men and a women were talking.

"Are you sure that is her future?" Asked one of the men to the women.

"Yes, my visions never lie." Replied the women with regret in her voice.

"Can't you tell the winds are changing?" The other man whispered out loud.

"Yes, but you would expect more from the niece of the pharaoh who will save the world." The other man said.

"True, but remember she looks so strange to. She is destined to be what she is." The women replied.

"SHIZARU!!!!! WAKE UP NOW! A deep male voice rung out throughout the Temple of Anubis. Slowly a girl opened her eyes. Revealing sliver-blue Irises. Standing up her, her long sliver hair draped over her tan skin which was covered in scars. Also, she looked unnaturally skinny, unhealthy even. "COMING FATHER!!!!" She screamed and ran outside toward the gardens. "Uh, you're a mess. I told you to be ready, you know today you are going to see your Uncle!" The high priest said shaking his head. "Is my uncle really that picky, father?"

"You are so naive! You know your uncle is important.

"He is the pharaoh and so he deserves the utmost respect. I have heard it hundreds of times."

"Just go get ready. . ." He sighed and walked away. Heh, Father the naive one. Today I make my escape! She thought to herself.

Seth was sitting on the statue of Anubis. Thinking of how hard it was to take care of a ten-year-

old daughter. "Today is her last day to be alive. Tonight she will be sacrificed along with the peasants of Buru Eruna." Seth whispered in what seemed like an almost sad tone.

Shizaru made her way to the stables. She started to walk around all the stables looking for a certain mare.

Shizaru's Point of View

Damn Jahgu is gone! Father must of known I knew about the sacrifices! Shit I have to run! But where?

Seth's Point of View

I could here the royal messengers arriving. Banging open the front doors they acted like they were the pharaoh himself.

"Where is she?"

"In the stables." I pointed them in the direction of the stables. And they were off. After a long silence they passed by me carrying a limp form. My daughter. The look she gave me chilled me to the bone. I'll never forget it. The look of hate, fear, and innocence is so overwhelming. They walked off carrying her. I listened to their footsteps fade.

Sorry for it being so short.
