Into His Arms
Chapter One
A/N: Standard disclaimer applies. This fic is a bit angst-y. uh…maybe a tad OOC too…I hope I got the canon at least a little close to normal…~sweat drop~ anyway! Please read and review! Oh yeah…the first chapter is in Koga's P.O.V.
"Koga!" One of my underlings shouted.
"What is it?" I growled, not in the mood for petty games.
"We've found a ningen girl! She looks a lot like Lady Kagome."
I jumped up quickly at the sound of Kagome's name. "Bring her here!" I ordered. When I saw her I gasped. She had an arrow piercing her chest, her skin was tinted slightly blue. She looked like a picture of death. I growled. "Who did this to her?" I asked gruffly.
Her eyes fluttered open. "Where..?" She tried to speak.
"Kagome…I wish you hadn't woke up…" I whispered, gripping the arrow. She whimpered when I touched it. And I knew that she would cry out but…I had to do it. "Sit her up." I whispered.
They lifted her into a sitting position. The arrow hadn't gone all the way through. "Koga…What will you do?" An underling asked.
"kagome…I have to push the arrow through." I whispered, she whimpered weakly. "I'll count to three." She opened her eyes weakly, then closed them again. "One…two…three." I pushed the arrow through until I saw the head appear through her back. I then ignored her cries and broke the head off and tossed it aside. Next, I gripped the front of the arrow and pulled it out slowly. "Get something to wrap this." I ordered.
One underling quickly left and returned with a soft silk like fabric. I snatched it quickly and wrapped it around Kagome's bare chest.
"You see to her." I said slowly. "I have a mutt problem to go solve." With that I disappeared in a tornado like cloud of speed and ran off to find Inuyasha.
