"Yuuki-sama…. Don't confront Ridou. That's exactly what he wants. He wants to separate you and Kaname." said Ichijo, tugging Yuuki into a bedroom out of Ridou's sight.

"But if I go to him he won't attack the humans, my friends." said Yuuki, yanking her arm from Ichijo's hand.

"No Yuuki-sama. Stay here with Kaname. If Ridou gets between you and Kaname it could be very bad." said Ichijo. "Now, sit on the bed and stay with Kaname. I have to go find Rima and keep her from doing something stupid."

Ichijo locked the door behind him and took off to the library. When he got there he pushed the door open and saw Rima pinned to the floor by Ridou, who had taken control of Shiki's body.

"No! Shiki! Snap out of it! This is not you! Ridou get out of Shiki's body." said Rima as she struggled beneath him.

Ichijo ran across the room and shoved Ridou off of Rima.

"Rima, run!" yelled Ichijo, ducking under Ridou's swinging fist. "I've got this."

"Sure you do." said Rima, wincing when Ichijo got hit.

Rima grabbed one of the swords off the wall and threw it at Ridou, where it lodged in his stomach.

"Sorry Shiki." said Rima when he collapsed.

Ichijo pulled the sword from Shiki's stomach and noticed the warring emotions on his face.

"Rima, come here real quick." said Ichijo tossing the sword away.

Rima quickly crossed the room and shifted Shiki onto his back.

"Come on Shiki, fight Ridou. Get him out of there. Please, Shiki, for me." said Rima leaning over Shiki.

Shiki weakly nodded and his eyes closed.

"No, Shiki!" screamed Rima pulling on Shiki's shirt.

"Rima, he's not dead. It's his way of trying to force Ridou out." said Ichijo sitting down next to Shiki and pulling Rima down on his lap.

"Ichijo I don't know what to do… I like Shiki, but he doesn't return the feelings. But, I like another person and I'm not so sure he likes me." said Rima, hiding her face against Ichijo's chest.

"Who is it?" asked Ichijo, wrapping his arms around Rima.

"You…" Rima whispered.

Ichijo smiled and kissed Rima's cheek.

"Really? That's good to know because I like you too." said Ichijo.

"Really?" asked Rima, looking up at Ichijo.

"Yeah." said Ichijo.

Rima pressed her lips against Ichijo's. Ichijo bit down, gently, on Rima's bottom lip, which caused her to gasp.

"Am I interrupting anything?" asked Shiki, sitting up.

"Ah… No." said Rima, moving off of Ichijo's lap.

"I hope not." said Shiki before getting up and leaving.

"Haha… Almost got caught." said Ichijo.

"I know." said Rima. "It would have been funny if we had."

Laughing, Ichijo leaned down and kissed Rima.

"Ichijo! Rima!" they heard someone call out.

They quickly jumped apart and looked towards the door, seeing Kaname.

"Sorry Kaname." said Ichijo. "Won't happen again."

Kaname nodded and left, the door clicking shut behind him.

"Now, how'd he catch us when he was with Yuuki?" asked Rima

"He's got magic powers." said Ichijo laughing, making air quotes when he said magic.

"Yeah… Sure he does." said Rima, poking Ichijo.

"You love me and all my silly antics." said Ichijo, smiling.

"Yes I do. For some ungodly reason." said Rima.
