You lied. You didn't do what you said you would. You didn't protect me. I didn't want it. I didn't like it, where he touched me.
Why did you lie?
I waited by the car. You said you would be there as soon as the ride with Marik ended. You said it was the last ride, then we could go home. I waited by the car. I don't like carnivals.
What were you doing? I waited such a long time. I waited by the car and not in it because I didn't have the keys. You did.
You never came.
Or, you did. I don't remember. It was so dark.
By the car is where he found me, the man that I now hate. Why, why, why, a hundred times. Why didn't you hear me when I called?
If you were there. If you cared enough. You could have stopped him. The one who grabed me. I couldn't make him go away.
He smirked, drawing my struggling body to his, and whispered in my ear,"You're pretty. I think you will do nicely." and dragged me to the ground. The smell of alcohol was strong on his breath. Even drunk he was stronger than me.
I couldn't do anything. I couldn't do anything but cry.
His body pressed against mine, smothering me. My skin was crawling with the feeling of his dirty, cracked fingernails against my skin and the hard rock of the parking lot under my back.
Clothing was cut away. Only then did I notice the knife.
Cloth and skin ripped carrlessly as the knife made deep, long strokes down my body. All I could feel was the pain. Through the entire act I could only feel the pain. The moon watched the whole thing, mocking me.
He move in a rythm, moans of pleasure poured from his mouth to permeate the air. It made me sick.
Then the colors and lights blured. The sky swirled and tipped.
He finished and left me on the ground, not concious enough to do anything.
I heard voices, felt hands move me around, closed my eyes for a moment... and opened them again to find myself in a white room. White walls. White everything.
Even the boy holding my hand had white hair.
As I looked blankly into his crimson eyes, I heard him speak.
"I am so sorry, Ryou. I could have protected you."
I leaned back in my bed, my eyes never leaving his.
"Kura?" I said. He jumped to attention at the nick name.
"Yes Ryou?" He asked.
I closed my eyes again.
"You lied."
Wether I was talking about then or now I don't know.
For then my world turned black.
