THE BREAK ROOM INCIDENT
Altough she promised herself the day of paper work wouldn't turn into a late night the thought of having
cleared it was very tempting. Seeing that her mug was empty Kate headed for the break room to get coffee
knowing it was the only thing that could keep her awake. As she started the espresso machine and waited
for it to warp up, she felt two arms wrap around her. The intial instincit to fight was overruled by a
familiar scent of cologne and the soft, gentle kisses Rick Castle was placeing on her neck and sholders.
And even if her mind was telling her to move and slap him for doing something she asked him not to do
when they started dating her body just wouldn't listen. Her inability to move gave Rick the
opportunity to reach the sweet spot on her neck that he knew drove her crazy. He latched on and started to suck and
started to suck and lightly bit. Kate's suprise at his advance came in the form of a suprised gasp.
Finnaly finding her ability to move but not in the way she wanted to, she tilted her head to side
giving Rick even more access. Just as she tought she was ready to throtle him if he didn't do
something he pulled away. Unable to face him right now Kate stayed with her back to him for just a
moment to clear her mind of the pleasure his kisses caused.
As she turned around ready to yell at him for something that she explicitly told him not to,
she caugh the deap blue gaze filed with love that his eyes projected. It was just then that Kate
realised how much she really loved this man standing in front of her, how much she let him into
her life and heart. Then it dawned on her, she had never before let anyone past those walls she
built around herself all those years ago. She realised that she didn't want to yell at him but kiss him.
Taking advantage of the fact that they were alone she just smilled and pulled him closer, crashing her
mouth with his taking him by suprise. Cause she didn't do this, not here, not in public. But Rick's
suprised state didn't last long as quickly reacted and asked for access,licking her bottom lip.
She quickly responded to that and let him in as they deepened the kiss. When they finnaly pulled away,
both of them breathless she told him
-'I've got about half an hour of paper work to finish, so you be a good boy, don't annoy me and a reprise of this isn't all you'll get. Okay?'
Instead of answering Rick just nodded. She loved that she could have that effect on him and enjoyed it as much him, because yes

he had so many ways of leaving her speachless. Knowing he'll keep quiet for awhile Kate turned back to
her previous task making coffee. Although she told him to back off she did nothing when Rick as he
wraped his arms around her,holding her close and placed soft, gentle kisses on her neck. He avoided the
spot saving but also craving the pleasure of her moans for later in the night. When she got what she
wanted in the first place she went back to her desk and Rick followed suite. As she sat down and delved
back into the paper work, she tought to herself "Now I have something that's worth staying up for" and
smilled to herself knowing but for the first time not minding that Rick was staring at her.
