"I love you." It was sudden, Sakura covered her mouth it had betrayed her. The words she didn't believe herself, but that had been positively itching to come out for weeks, months even.
Naruto turned around and looked at her questioningly, his expression screaming that he didn't hear her and that she should speak up.
She practically sighed in relief, he didn't hear her, now all she had to do was say 'never mind' and keep walking!
"I love you." This time it was louder, he defiantly would have heard. What did she do to her throat for it to betray her so?!

When he hugged her, she gave up. It was defiantly love.
When he kissed her she couldn't help but cry in utter happiness and wrap her arms around him.
And when he said "I love you too, Sakura-chan." She could have just died in his arms right there.
