I got this idea while watching One Shall Rise Part 1. One shot. Megatron is a Femme in my head cannon.
Optimus Prime, Leader of the Autobots, Last true Prime of Primus, fought his polar opposite in Megatron, Leader of the Decepticons, self proclaimed Lord of Darkness. One fights for the freedom of all sentient beings, while the other wants to rule them under his heel. Megatron jumped back to get some distance between him and Prime as he fired a volley from his arm cannon to keep Prime at bay. "You're getting predictable, Optimus..." the Warlord boasted as he sneered at the last Prime. Megatron watched Optimus dodge most of his shots, but took a few to the chestplate. Megatron's sneer morphed into a frown as he watched Optimus get closer to him. Optimus is never this... brazen in any of our many fights over the eons... The Decepticon Leader thought as his frown got deeper.
When his and Optimus' optics locked, Megatron saw something swirling in the normally calm and collected blue orbs. He saw an inferno of rage and hate that he's only seen in one 'bot that matched the look he saw in the Prime: Himself every time he stares into a mirror. "Prime, what has you so, as the humans say, 'Pissed"?" The Decepticon Gladiator asked his polar opposite with a shark toothed grin. "You attacked Rafael..." Was all the Prime said as he got closer to the Warmonger. Megatron stopped firing and engaged his arm blade and met Optimus Prime in a clash. They fought for control and dominance over the other as Megatron smirked at his rival. "Prime, we both know how these-" Megatron was cut off as his optics widened in shock as he took a shallow breath and looked down to see Optimus Prime's unbroken blade in his Sparkchamber.
"Today the outcome has changed, Megatron..." Prime said tom him as he sheathed his blade and caught his 'rival'. "I-I *sucking in a shallow breath* I never meant for it to get this so overblown..." a soft voice came out of Megatron's vocal possessor. "I know you didn't, but as the human saying goes 'Power Corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.'" Optimus said to Megatron gently. "All I wanted was freedom for all Cybertronians... I see now that I went about it all wrong... I guess Primus will send me to the Pit... And I'm honestly content with that outcome... Before I go Offline, I want to tell you something I should have a long time ago... Orion Pax... I love... You..." and with those last words Megatron, Leader of the Decepticons, Warmonger to some, savior to others, and Kaon Gladiator went Offline. With Megatron's death came the end of the war and some semblance of peace for a time.
