High School Avengers

Chapter 1. The Assembly

Steve gets up everyday 6:00 am on the dot. He was proud, but the most of other avengers were annoyed. Steve woke everyone up for breakfast. Natasha was already dressed and woken before Steve. "Sorry for intruding." Steve said as the 1945 gentlemen he was. Bruce had been awake 30 minutes before Steve came. "Sorry" Steve said. "Oh no it's okay, I was just reading." Bruce said as Steve left his floor. Steve went to Thor's floor to find him sleeping as a angel. Steve felt guilty to wake Thor but as always he did. He opened the largest window he could find "Rise and shine!'' the soldier said as opening the drapes of Thor's room. ''NO! LORD STEVEN I BEG OF YOUR MERCY!" Thor said as scrambling into the covers of his bed. Eventually Steve got everyone awake. "JARVIS can you please tell all of the avengers to come to the kitchen for breakfast" Steve said. "Of course Mr. Rogers, they all will come out that door in 5,4,3,2 and 1" JARVIS said as the avengers came in Tony, Clint, Bruce and Thor. Steve hadn't realized that Natasha had stayed in the same room a few feet away from Steve sitting quietly sharpening her knives. After Breakfast the group went to the gym until it was time for school. For some reason everyone went in different rides Nat and Clint went in her mustang, Bruce and Tony in Tony's lamborghini, Steve on his motorcycle and Thor with his Mjolnir.

Clint and Nat walked down the hallways to get to algebra. "Is the team going to the assembly on thursday?" Clint asked. "Well I am, not sure about the others but are you going?'' Nat said. ''I am and Steve, Bruce, Thor, and Tony are going." said Clint. They made it to algebra and the rest of the group was there and they all sat in a circle small enough to talk to without getting caught by Professor Radcliffe. "Hey Tony I heard that you've had a huge crush on Pepper Potts since 6th grade, is it true? The cockiest guy I know falling for Pepper, the most goody two shoes person we've met." Asked Clint."Where did you find that information?!" said Tony. "For your information Legolas, no it's not true." said Tony. "* whispers * It was 8th." Tony muttered under his breath. "I knew it. Pay up everyone" Nat said as Capsicle,Thor,Brucie and Legolas handed her twenties. "You made a bet?" said Tony. "Yes, yes we did. Thanks to you now i can get new the new guns i want." said Nat. "Damnit. I forget you and Steve are enhanced in hearing and whatever crap makes you good agents." said Tony. Once algebra was over Nat and Clint went to they're lockers. "Clint, how would you like to help me get 'Iron Boy' and Pepper together? Yes. Good." Said Natasha as they put away books. "I actually will help you in this shenanagin" said Clint. "You always help me with every 'shenanagin'. I'll get the rest of the team (besides tony) to help. We'll talk after our classes" said Natasha as the pair began Home Ec.

Now Bruce,Thor,Cap,Clint and Natasha had met up at their lockers (Fury had the lockers arranged himself). "Stark gets out in exactly 13.7 minutes, he always flirts with Pepper while she finishes up. So we have to hurry" Natasha said as her friends around her looked at her with looks filled with amazement mixed with confusion and fear. "What?" Natasha asked. "How do you know that?" Asked Bruce. "I studied all of you on day one in 15 minutes" she said. "The assembly!" Steve said with a face of excitement. "Perfect. I know Pepper as friends (and associates but that's for another time), I'll have her sit next to me at the assembly. Clint you sit next to me and bring Tony to sit next to Pepper. Bring a lillie. One. Lille. Clear?" Natasha said in a stern voice. Natasha and Pepper's relationship was special. She did have others friends but she favorited Pepper. All the others nodded yes, they were too afraid to say anything except Clint who saw her all the time and became comfortable with it. They all nodded in agreement. Minutes later Tony came along. "Legolas,Capsicle,Brucie baby, Thunder boy and spidey. So I was with Pepper and she said she is coming to the assembly. I wi-" Tony was cut off by Romanoff holding a lillie and a knife to his stomach "Use this, we're friends" Romanoff said has she whispered something into Tony's ear and after he looked as if he came face to face with the devil's mistress. After school they all decided to drive home while being on comms to talk about the assembly. Once they got to the tower Tony pulled a blueprint of the gym. "Okay I know we're avengers but we're not bank robbers." Steve said as he didn't know what was in front of him. "No grandpa this is the gym. I need a cute way to ask Pepper on a date. Ok so Tasha I need you to sit here" Tony said as he pointed to the 7th row and seat 1. "You will invite Pepper to sit next to you, I will be in the seat next to Pepper, Legolas will be right next to you and Cap, Thor and Bruce will be next to Legolas." Tony said as he was nervous as hell. "I'm texting Pepper she said she'll sit with me" Romanoff said that left a small adorable smile on Tony's face. Thor pulled Tony away from the other chatting avengers to talk in private "Lord Stark, Do not hurt Lady Pepper. She is a friend of Lady Natasha and Lady Jane. Are you very sure of you feelings for Lady Pepper?" Thor asked with much concern. "Thor, don't tell the other avengers this but I may even 'like-like-LIKE' Pepper." Tony said thinking of Pepper's beautiful strawberry blonde hair. "Lord Stark may you have a future full of love and evolve to marriage!" Thor said. "THOR NOT NOW I'M ONLY 14!" Tony said as he walked away. Steve went ahead and started dinner, Natasha and Clint sat on their couch and watched Silence of the lambs, Thor went to workout with Tony and Bruce was working on a new spy watch for Natasha's birthday coming soon (more on that later). Tony Stark usually didn't get nervous but when it came to dating all the avengers got nervous.

All day Tony couldn't help but stare in awe at Pepper. Natasha thought he was being a fucking cliche. Steve thought it was love (he was right but hadn't known). A hour before the assembly everyone got dressed."Holy shit what if she says no? Holy crap what if she says yes?'' Stark said as he started going through the kitchen to find a brown paper bag. ''You will take her out to a nice dinner get her lillies and chocolate." said Steve. "Aww is grandpappy rogers in love with another? * coughs * peggy * coughs *'' Natasha said turning over to Steve who had a big red cheeks. "Not now we have to help Tony to get together with Pepper." Steve said as the red went out of his cheeks. "Okay so I have my lillie I just need a Pepper." Tony said as he was staring and pacing at the clock.

OPERATION PEPPERONY

Everyone was on comms. They planned this as if it was a mission to save the world.

"Is everyone there?" said Tony

''We're here Tony. Hey anyone got a name for Pepper and Tony, Pepperony?" said Natasha

"What's that?" Cap said as he was recently frozen a few years back.

"It's when you merge a couple's name together" Said Nat.

"Cool" said Steve.

"Now's not the time to give our Capsicle a lesson. It's time for me to get a girlfriend!" Tony said with excitement

"Target is approaching. Hey Pepper." Said Natasha as Pepper approached her

"Hello Natasha" Said Pepper "Hey over here" Natasha said as she pointed to the seat on her left.

As Pepper sat down Clint and the others as well. Pepper noticed Tony. Pepper enjoyed Tony's company every day at 10:03 he would go to Pepper's desk in Biology and talk to her about going on a date. She would always say she didn't have the time (which was true), but she never said no. Once the assembly started Director Fury started talking about how they we're getting a new teacher. Melinda May or Mrs. May, she was Mr. Coulson's wife. She was going to teach Phys Ed for girls. Natasha and Bobbi were very excited because they had known of 'The Cavalry's reputation. And Mr Coulson had gotten a the new job of the principal. Mr. Yondu had became the archery club director. Then the assembly was over, but the mission was not. Just as Pepper was leaving Tony popped up in front of her. "Jesus Stark!" Said Pepper as Tony took out a lillie. Pepper got suspicious and looked behind her the rest of the avengers stayed back to see how it was going to go with 'Pepperony'. Natasha was the only person on the avengers who knew that Pepper's favorite flower was a lillie. Tony asked a question at a perfect time, "Will you go out with me? 7:00 pm on saturday?" He said as he handed her the lillie and vanilla chocolates. "Yes, I somehow actually have time" She kissed Tony and she made her way home. Before she could go, "Pepper wait do you wanna stay at the tower? Tonight's chinese and james bond movie night. I know chinese is your favorite. Wanna come along?'' said Tony. ''Sure I'm free" she said as she took his hand. Tony signaled the avengers to come to him and Pepper. "CONGRATULATIONS LADY PEPPER AND LORD STARK!" said Thor "I hope the best for you" Natasha and Clint said unison. "Let's go!" Tony said as everyone started leaving.

Saturday 7:00 pm

*Knock Knock Knock* "Pepper? Are you ready?" Tony asked. Tony was wearing a all black tux hand picked by Natasha. "Yeah give me a second" She said as she grabbed her purse. "Pepper you look beautiful! I got you a mix of white roses and lilies." Tony said in awe. Pepper was dressed in a strapless slim lavender dress picked by Bobbi and Natasha. "Our ride is awaiting m'lady." Tony said as he pointed to the black limo. Once they arrived to their destination. Pepper was amazed of how fancy the place was. They fit in like a puzzle piece. Once they arrived to their table things got awkward. "So I heard that you were going to run for school council." said Tony "Thats true. Every time I go to school I the kid I think his name was Aldrich Killian shoving Bruce into one of the trash cans with this kid named Grant Ward. So when I'm on council I will be enforcing the no juvenile bullying policy." Pepper said as she and him chose their food. "Wanna share vanilla cake?" Tony asked. "That would be delightful." She said. "Is Natasha dating Clint? I always see them together, like really close. Their also like physically linked, they say things in unison too." she said. Tony gasped. He hadn't realized the relationship between Legolas and Spidey. "I have to make a website later about that. I haven't noticed that until you told me. I know this is crazy but… do you want to help me get 'Clintasha' together?" Tony asked in fear that no one will help him. "Tony if I'm crazy enough to go on a date with 'The Stark' then yes I would. I have never seen Nat with a boyfriend ever." Pepper said " Neither have I. In her defense she is getting a degree in assassination, leadership, gymnastics and a whole lot of asian fashions of fighting. "OoOoooOOoh cake." said Tony. "Wanna eat it the cheesy way in the movies?" Pepper asked in hope he'd say yes. "Of course I would. I would love to darling." Tony said. When dinner was over Tony tipped the waitress $250 then left with Pepper to go back to Avengers Tower.

Tony wanted to get laid that night, so did Pepper. When they got to the tower it was late everyone was asleep, at least that's what Pepper and Tony thought. Once they got in the elevator to go to Tony's floor they started to make out. As they made their way to Tony's bedroom they heard something come from Widow's floor. People talking. Clint and Natasha to specify. Pepper and Tony didn't care that was for tomorrow. Quickly Tony took off Pepper's dress as Pepper took off his suit. Both of their hair was a mess. In the morning they figured that Natasha would have yelled "SEX HEADS!" at Tony but that was in the morning.
