Chapter 1:
Eva sat on the end of her bed in the Gryffindor girl's dorm. She pulled her thick woollen jumper on her head and looked out the window at the bleak weather, pulling the sleeves down on her jumper so they covered her arms. Today was the day, for 6 years Eva had been home schooled by her Mother but now was her first day attending a real school, Hogwarts for that matter and she didn't really know how to feel.
Everything had been fine, she had been happy and mainly she had been safe. But then they found out about her and it was demanded that she attended school, even though no one would want her there. She remembers all the newspaper headlines and how she heard people whispering about it in the streets. She was just thankful that no one knew what she looked like yet, but after today the whole world would know.
Eva shuttered at the thought, all she wanted to do was crawl back into bed and hope that she would wake up from this horrible dream. Eva thought back to the night before even then she could feel the curious stares of the head master as she was sorted into her house in the privet- ness off his office. She knew those stares would follow her from now on.
Eva picked up her book bag and through it over her shoulder, she couldn't avoided it any longer her first class would start soon and she knew that even more attention would be brought to her if she was late. Eva walked to the dorm door and took on last deep breath before she headed down to the judging crowed; she knew that they would judge her without a second thought; they would think she was evil without even getting to know her. But I guess that is just what happens when you're the Dark Lords daughter.
