Welcome DBAGs! This is the second version of my second story. I officially completed this story on 3rd June 2015. I hope that this story will be enjoyed. I have always been able to see that this story was the weakest in my series, but now I hope…it will be a bit better. This is mainly because the plot doesn't advance as much as in other stories, except for Noca finding out more about Saiyans. I hope that whoever reads this story will enjoy this and hopefully review it.

As previously stated…No negative reviews unless you plan on being helpful thanks.

If any of my previous fans have returned to read this, then I'm sure you will notice that a couple of little things may have been added in.

There may be a while before the next updated story. It would require a lot more editing and I want to focus on progressing this story further. So…maybe you can expect an updated part 3 by the end of the month…Mid-July by the latest.

Just to make sure, this is part 2 so I advise that people read the first part before deciding to read this one.

Previously on DragonBall AG

Last time we were in the world of Dragon Ball we had left Noca at Capsule Corp. shortly after he arrived and had completed his journey. It had been a difficult one and he had met a couple of enemies along the way. The "Ultimate" Android Omega. The creepy little wizard Dazir and there was still a little more to find out about Dazir's thug Yento. Noca went through a lot on his journey, but now his true training was about to begin and he couldn't wait.

Chapter 1: The Start of Something Big

Saturday 27th January Age 792

Waking up had never been such a pleasure for Noca. He was in such comfort he felt like he was dreaming and soon he would wake up in a forest or some mountain cave, but nope. He was very much in Capsule Corp. He looked around the large bedroom he was in and caught a glimpse at the clock. The time was 9am and Noca was glad that he had managed to have some sort of a late start.

He slowly pulled himself out of the bed and stood to his feet. He honestly didn't know what he wanted to do or what he should do. He walked to the door and tried to listen through the halls. It didn't sound like anyone was up or if they were they were being very quiet. Noca moved to his bag and pulled out something that wasn't too ripped or dirty so that he had something to wear.

Once he was ready he took a step outside the room and looked up and down the hallway before making his way back down the route that Bra had brought him the night before. He eventually got to a staircase and he was surprised that it had even taken him a little bit of time. The Capsule Corp. compound was truly a tremendously large place and unlike anything Noca had ever experienced.

He got to the bottom of the staircase which led immediately into the kitchen where the blue haired scientist was sitting drinking a coffee and reading the morning news on her Capsule-Pad. Noca didn't really have the confidence to speak up, which was strange considering he had no problems with it the night before. He just cleared his throat and Bulma turned around to see he was standing there with his head down.

"Uh…good morning…" Noca muttered quietly and as politely as he could.

"Good Morning Noca, did you sleep well?" Bulma responded in a cheery tone.

"Of course," The teen replied, looking up and smiling weakly. "You have an extremely lovely home."

Bulma smiled and chuckled lightly as a response.

"Would you like something to drink?" She asked, trying to remain polite with her quest.

"Please, water would do fine…" Noca answered with a smile and a nod.

Bulma got up out of her seat and walked over to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water for Noca.

"Thank you Mrs Brief."

"Oh please, call me Bulma."

"Ok…Bulma," Noca replied hesitantly, nodding in response.

"Hey, why don't you head into the living room?" Bulma suggested to the boy, "Bra and Pan are doing their homework."

"Oh…ok…" Noca agreed as he smiled and walked out of the room with his bottle of water.

Noca walked through the doorway connecting the kitchen to the living room and saw that Bra and Pan were both sitting there together. Pan was sitting a little relaxed and looking very sleepy whilst Bra was writing away on the paper.

"Pan are you even doing your essay?" Bra asked with a frustrated tone.

"Yes I am…it's just a little hard ok…" Pan moaned as she looked back down to the sheet of paper that was laid out in front of her. It was blank at the moment.

"How is it? You were given an easy topic," Bra complained and continued to scribbling some more words down on her own sheet.

"Yeah, but I prefer not to write about the history of the Cell Games, I have to write all the lies." Pan looked at the paper with a glare on her face this time.

"I guess, but you could get it done in about half an hour…" Bra suggested with a smile.

"Well I'd rather take that half hour another time…"

Pan picked up her pen and was about to start writing some more stuff down, but she just couldn't bring herself to do so. Noca was watching on, wondering what was going on with the girls. Even though he had been educated in his village, he had never actually attended school or been given homework.

He looked at the two girls and for the first time in his life, he actually admired the way they looked. He had never had thoughts like those about any girl, but this was due to the only girl he truly knew being like a sister to him. Noca started to realise that standing there looking at them was going to be weird soon, so he decided to speak up.

"Hi…" He muttered as he slowly approached the two of them. They both looked up and Bra had a wide smile, whilst Pan sent him a quick one.

"Good morning Noca," Bra exclaimed as she set her pen down and turned in her seat to face the boy.

"Hey," Pan responded with a slight smile and a nod.

"How are you two doing?" Noca asked, remembering to be nice.

"Good…" Pan replied.

"Great, you?" Bra answered and asked.

"I honestly had the best sleep I've had in a while…" He said as a small smile formed across his lips and he looked to the ground.

"Well that's great," Bra replied.

"One thing I need to do, have a shower," Noca suggested with a slight laugh as he remembered how long it had been since he had a proper wash.

"Oh yeah, I took you to the room without an en-suite bathroom," Bra exclaimed, believing she had been stupid to forget that. "You can use the shower in my room, come on."

Bra got up and grabbed Noca's hand and dragged him back up the stairs. When he entered Bra's room he noticed that it was unlike any bedroom he had ever seen. It was as big as the living room he was in and not only that, but the walk in wardrobe was huge and Noca was scared of the amount of clothes she had, but it did remind him of something.

"I'm in need of some new clothes…" Noca muttered with a smile and a slight blush.

"Ah I see," Bra said as she contemplated something, until she snapped her fingers and started to move towards the door. "I'll grab you something from my brother's room!"

"Thank you…" Noca mumbled, not feeling quite confident around her yet.

"You have your shower and I'll leave you some clothes in here," Bra said with a smile. "Just come back down when you're ready."

Bra smiled at Noca and then she walked out of the bedroom. Noca removed his clothing and went inside the bathroom. He locked the door behind him, turned on the shower and was about to jump in until he looked in the mirror. He saw that the wounds he had on his body were reduced to mere scars, but they appeared to be healing very quickly. The boy just passed it off as just an effect from the Senzu beans.

He got in the shower and felt so much relaxation wash over him. Noca hadn't been able to have a proper wash for such a long time so this just felt like a luxury at the moment, but he knew it would become much more of a routine thing now.

When he was done he got out, grabbed his towel and started to dry off. He saw in the mirror that his hair was getting far too long to be normal, it was starting to grow far down his back and in front of his eyes. He needed it cut sometime very soon. The teen got out of the bathroom and saw that Bra had left him some clothes there and placed on top of them was a toothbrush.

Noca was quickly ready and was now wearing a black top with a white Capsule Corp. logo and a pair of blue jeans. He was lucky that the clothes almost fit him perfectly.

He made his way back downstairs to the living room and saw that Bra and Pan were sitting there with Goten and Trunks. Bra was having some help with her homework from Trunks whilst Goten and Pan were watching TV. Noca looked through to the kitchen and saw that Gohan, Videl, Chi-Chi and Bulma were sitting there talking. Noca was about to step in and join in with the others until someone caught him off guard.

"Hey, Noca wasn't it?" Krillin called out as he approached the young boy.

"Huh? Oh yeah…hi there," Noca responded, "You're Krillin aren't you?"

"The one and the only," Krillin said with a chuckle, remembering the time when he was known as a great martial artist. "So you're here looking for Goku right?"

"Yeah I am," Noca answered with a nod.

"You want him to train you?" The bald man questioned. (Forgot to mention, Krillin is bald again…I didn't care much for his appearance changes)

Noca nodded in response to the question and believed that would be the end of it, but Krillin had more to say.

"Man, that's some tough training. I remember when we were younger and trained together." Krillin looked ahead and remembered his youth with a fond smile.

"You must have a real big problem at your village if you want Goku to train you." Krillin said the statement, not realising that Noca didn't want to think about what had happened in his village. "If you're mother knew about Goku then she would've known that there's no one better."

Noca was starting to get a little annoyed and upset. He was constantly being reminded of what had happened in his village and he knew it was the conversation with Krillin that was doing this. He wasn't sure that he wanted to stand there and continue to listen to what he had to say.

Noca looked to the rest of them and saw none of them had noticed him. Except for one. Gohan was looking over at Noca and Krillin and he could feel the teen's power steadily increasing as Krillin continued to talk.

"I just hope that this problem you may have isn't too big…" Krillin continued, butwith that last statement Noca walked off without saying anything and went back upstairs.

"What was that about?" Krillin questioned to himself with a raised eyebrow.

Gohan walked over to Krillin and explained about the anger he felt inside Noca and that it was brought on by the topic. Gohan was about to walk off to follow him, but Bulma walked over and stopped him.

"I'm sure that a woman would deal with this situation better," Bulma she said with a smile and a wink.

"Go ahead," Gohan responded as he held his hand out to motion for Bulma to carry on.

As Bulma walked out to follow Noca, Bra had got up and turned to talk to Pan.

"You have to admit that he is kinda cute," Bra asked in a very hushed voice so that only Pan could hear her.

"Yeah…" Pan muttered, considering that thought, but suddenly realised what she said. "Wait, what? You're kidding right?"

Bra had a slight look of shock on her face that turned into a smile.

"You like him…" Bra whispered.

"What? No!" Pan was desperately trying to find a way to get herself out of this situation she got caught in. "I was just agreeing with you…you're the one that likes him!"

"Actually I have a boyfriend," Bra responded with a smile that just got on Pan's nerves.

Pan just grumbled a response and turned away from the girl.

"Come on Pan…you must like him…he seems pretty strong,"

"Well…yeah he does seem strong, but..." Pan turned to look towards the hall that he had walked off along, "He's a little annoying isn't he?"

"What do you mean?" Bra asked with a furrowed brow.

"He's a little awkward and that's just uncomfortable to be around…" Pan responded, just trying to find a way to get Bra off of her back about the whole "cute" thing.

"Plus he took the attention away from me on my birthday" Pan added in her thoughts.

"That's because he doesn't know any of us. Once he gets to know us all he'll be fine." Bra suggested trying to get her friend to understand. It seemed to work as Pan's expression softened a little and she thought about how he might feel.

"If you say so…" She replied softly, looking down.

Noca was upstairs in the room he had used and was sitting there on his bed looking at a photograph of him and his mother on his 10th birthday. He was smiling at the memory of his mother, but he was crying at the same time. The tears fell onto the photograph as Noca continued to look down. He wasn't able to show his emotion whilst on his journey, but now that he had the chance to relax and reflect on everything, he needed to let it out. Noca heard a knock at the door and then Bulma's voice.

"Noca, are you ok in there?" She asked in a very calm and caring voice.

Noca quickly hid the photograph and tried to compose himself.

"Yeah…you can come in…" He called out in response.

The blue-haired scientist entered and had a very sympathetic smile on her face.

"What happened down there?" She asked with a concerned tone.

Noca looked up to her and she could see that he was very upset, but she just couldn't put her finger on it. She closed the door, turned the light on and sat down on the bed next to him.

"I…I didn't like the questions about why I'm here and how my…my mother knew about Goku…but…" Noca was going to explain everything to her, but he just couldn't bring himself to reveal his past yet.

Bulma noticed Noca look down and stop himself from saying anything else, but she wanted him to try and get whatever he had to say off of his chest otherwise it would taunt him.

"Its ok, you can tell me," She said as she took a hold of his hand and gave him a caring look. It just reminded him of the feeling he would get from his mother and this helped to give him the confidence he needed.

Noca reached his hand under the pillow and pulled out the picture he had before. He showed it to Bulma.

"Is this you?" She asked, pointing at the frame.

"Yeah…and that's my mother…" He mumbled in response.

"You look so happy…" Bulma said in slight confusion. She couldn't understand how he could look so happy in the picture, but be so quiet and sad right now.

"That was my 10th birthday…a good day…" He explained.

"So what's this got to do with what happened down there?" She asked softly.

"Well…before I left my village there was…there was an attack…" Noca was finding it hard to keep going, he didn't want to relive those awful memories. "My village was attacked by something…I tried to help but…but I couldn't and…and…"

Bulma noticed that it was really hard for him to keep going and she placed a hand on his shoulder and gave him another sympathetic smile.

"It's ok Noca. Take your time…" She suggested.

"Thank you…" He took a deep breath and prepared to continue with the rest of his story, "There was only one...death…"

Bulma's entire expression changed as she realised where this was heading. It wasn't too hard to get from the picture and Noca's whole sadness about the topic.

"My mother…was…she was…she's dead…and I couldn't save her…"

Noca stood up and pounded his fist into the wall. Bulma stood up and put her hand on his shoulder to calm him down. Noca definitely felt calm in the presence of Bulma. It seemed that she had such a mothering instinct about her and Noca liked this. She put her arm around Noca and pulled him into a hug. Noca let his emotions out in the comfort of this woman and knew he was going to feel a lot more comfortable if he was treated nicely by everyone.

"Listen, there was probably nothing you could do…" Bulma said in the hopes that it could help calm him down.

"I don't think I tried hard enough…this is why she told me to come find Goku so that I can protect myself…"

"Well I'm sure that everything will be fine, but Noca…" She looked right in is eyes and had a serious expression on her face now. "It seems you need to stop blaming yourself. It wasn't your fault ok Noca."

"Ok...thank you…I really appreciate everything you're doing for me…" Noca said with a weak smile forming on his face.

"It's fine, now why don't we head back down there?" The blue-haired scientist suggested as she started to make her way back towards the door.

"Ok, but Bulma…" She turned back around to see what Noca had to say now, "Please don't tell anyone, I don't really want anyone to know about it…"

"Ok I won't tell anyone, but we should really…" Bulma suggested.

"Please…just trust me on this…" Noca requested.

"Ok, come on then." She agreed and then stepped out of the room. She began to walk down the hall, but as Noca walked out of the room and went to close the door he saw something. Something inside his bag was glowing orange.

"I'll be down in a sec…"

Noca walked inside the room again and opened up his bag and pulled out the good luck charm he was given in his village. He looked at it, but didn't understand what to make of it. The ball was glowing orange like it had before, but he could clearly see that it had 2 stars on it. Noca didn't know what to do so he just put it back inside the bag and left the bedroom.

When he returned downstairs everyone was sitting around and chatting. Noca immediately went to the kitchen to ask for a drink. Videl and Chi-Chi were in there talking, but they both stopped when they noticed the young boy walk in.

"Hello there Noca, can we help you?" Chi-Chi asked in a very nice and happy tone.

"Uh yeah…I just came to get myself a drink…" Noca said with a weak smile on his face.

"Sure here you go, blackcurrant juice ok," Chi-Chi asked as she was about to pour him a glass.

"Yeah that'll be perfect thanks," Noca replied as he took the drink from the former martial-artist.

"You're welcome."

"Would you like anything to eat?" Videl asked just as Noca was about to leave the room.

"Honestly, I'm really not hungry, but thanks for the offer, I guess I got used to the lack of food I had on my travels…" Noca explained to them, he then thanked them for the drink once more and turned around to leave the room. As he exited the kitchen, he saw that Bra was waiting for him.

"You know what would be awesome?" Bra half exclaimed in excitement. Noca was a little shocked by the way she was acting and stumbled back a little.

"N…no…what?" Noca asked.

"If you're gonna be staying around here you should start going to my school!" Bra suggested, her excitement not dissipating.

"Uh…haha…no I don't think that's gonna happen…" Noca explained as he raised an eyebrow and shook his head.

"What, why not?" She asked, feeling quite disappointed that he rejected the idea.

"Because at the moment I don't even know what's going on. Am I staying? Or am I gonna go back home?" Noca explained to her whilst shrugging his shoulders.

"I can answer that for you," Gohan called out as he walked over to the two teens.

"What do you mean?" Noca asked, wondering what solution Gohan had come to and what it meant for the teen's future.

"I've decided that I'm going to train you," Gohan revealed with a smile.

"What!" Pan called out, feeling a bit annoyed at her father's decision.

"Really?!" Noca responded in surprise, so the journey wasn't a total waste after all.

"See, you are gonna stay!" Bra exclaimed, enthusiastically.

"Yep, I'm gonna train you. You came here for that reason and I'm sure that my father would be proud to let me train you," Gohan explained to the teen.

"Well, thank you so much," Noca said to the man with a very pleased smile on his face.

"But we do indeed want you to try and lead a normal life with us, so you will be attending school with the girls," Gohan explained further. It seemed to get a lot of different responses from the three teens.

"Yes!" Bra called out.

"Really?! Why?" Pan questioned her father with a furrowed brow and annoyed tone. Gohan didn't fully understand the reason behind his daughter's anger, but decided to just answer her question.

"Because it's the best thing for him, he needs to live a normal life…" Gohan explained some more.

"Well if you're going to be in school you'll need an easy path into the school. so why don't you use my last name," Bulma suggested to the teen.

"That would certainly make things easier for you." Gohan responded with a nod in Bulma's direction, "One last thing though…if I'm training you, you will need to live with us."

"Oh really?! Oh God," Pan said in frustration as she rushed off out of the room and left Noca, Gohan, Bulma and Bra to continue talking.

They settled everything else about what they were discussing and they were all happy with the result. Well Noca wasn't so happy that he would be attending school, but he wasn't going to complain about it. He made his way back upstairs to his room preparing to take his stuff to his new home.
