The end is just the beginning
Hermione POV
Hermione sat leaning against the warm wall of the astronomy tower, it was over Voldemort has been dead for 3 hours, although Hermione hadn't seen Ron since their mindblowing kiss. That's when she hears footsteps and turns around to see a ginger haired boy smiling at her -Ron! Hermione squealed as she launched herself in his arms -it's been way too long since I've seen you. To her surprise Ron backed away from their embrace and quickly said words that crushed Hermione instantly –Mione when we kissed I didn't mean it was just an accident I actually like Lavender a lot now but can we still be friends? I think were better like that Hermione stared at Ron shocked what! she screamed but she added I love you Ron if you leave me I will be miserable for my whole life -sorry Hermione Ron muttered I don't like you that way and with that he left Hermione alone moping and miserable
For the next 3 days Hermione stayed in her old dorm room crying and desperate for Ron affection Ginny tried to find every single way possible to get Hermione to leave her room from bribing her with chocolate and new books to suggesting they take a walk around the school grounds
Finally on her 6th day locked up in her room Hermione decided to leave her room and help rebuild the castle although she was still glum and cheerless about Ron's decision to ''break up'' with her she was focusing on fixing a part of the potions classroom wall when she hears the door creak open.
