It astounds me that this isn't a thing people address. THERE ARE NO SNOW GODS IN EGYPT. SO HOW THE HECK DOES FELIX HAVE HIS POWERS? Hem. Anyway. Here's a fun drabble about that.

GENERAL POV


Amazing, really.

That no one had figured it out until Percy summoned Carter and the others to Camp Half-Blood.

The swirling white snowflake began fading from the air over Felix's head and the demi-gods surrounding him knelt. The visiting magicians remained standing, bewildered beyond belief.

There are no snow gods in Egypt. After all, Egypt is a desert.

"Your mother a magician, your father a god," Chiron stated, his face grim. "This is truly unheard of."

Felix looked at the symbol in confusion and then at Carter, who shrugged helplessly.

"Welcome, Felix," Chiron declared. "Son of Boreas, god of snow."
