Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or rwby and I'm not gaining any money so don't sue me.

Now before I start here is some info so you don't get confused, Harry being the impossible guy that he is had found a way to watch rwby so, feeling inspired he asked the room of requirement for an exact replica of ruby's scythe/gun and the dust needed to use it, (He also found out that rwby was real just in an alternate dimension and that he could actually unlock his aura) and he also asked the room to unlock any blocks he had on his magic, this lead to him having his aura unlocked and him finding out he had the same semblance as ruby, so he changed his apparel accordingly. This makeover consisted of, a black button down shirt with silver crosses on the lapels, black cargo pants with red highlights on the edges of the pockets, and a red cloak. He also dyed the tips of his fringe red, and changed his glasses so that they were rectangular with silver frames. He then left the room of requirement. Now on with the story.

"Why you don't mess with Harry Potter's Ice cream.

"Voldemort as a dark lord decided that he was contractually obligated to knock over Harry's, and his friend's ice cream cones, (but as wraith he had to possess someone to do it) so once every few months he would go and knock over all the little kids ice cream cones but when he got to Harry, Harry didn't have an ice cream cone (or any friends, for that matter) because the Dursleys didn't let him have any. This went on for quite a few years.

"Well Harry was now in the middle of his fifth year at Hogwarts and was finally eating his very first ice cream cone (they didn't have cones at Hogwarts till fifth year) on his ice cream cone there were three flavors: chocolate chip, chocolate revel, and vanilla. Voldemort now actually having a body decided to see if he could finally knock over Harry's Ice cream. This was a bad idea.

Well, it went fine at first, he used an invisibility charm to sneak up on Harry, (noticing Harry's muggle looking clothing and the weird thing on his waist) (and the only reason that he was successful in sneaking up on Harry is because Harry was to busy eating his ice cream to notice, though he alerted the entire rest of the great hall with his clumsy stalking) but when he took off the spell and raised his fist to punch the ice cream off the cone, well, that's when it all went south.

Because when he undid the invisibility charm everybody gasped at seeing him which alerted Harry to voldie's attempt to knock over his ice cream. Harry got angry at voldemort for daring to try to ruin his ice cream so he handed his ice cream to Neville to hold (but not eat) and took the box like thing off his hip and it turned into crescent rose, (ruby's scythe/gun) he then preceded to attack voldemort, voldie put up a good fight in the end, but it just wasn't meant to be, Harry killed voldemort for the final time and went back to eating his ice cream.
