Chapter one.
It's another boring day for Byakuran. So very boring that he decided to take a walk to the supermarket and see if they have made a new marshmallow product.
On the way, he saw a bundle of white in the alley, tucked in a corner. He went to see it, only to find him touching a soft and fluffy white kid (a goat's child, not a human boy).
A few hours later, he saw himself back at his office, the bundle in his hands. He was on the sofa, caressing the little kid's head. A knock whacked him out of his daydream.
'Byakuran? It's Uni. I've brought your files.'
'Uni….oh Uni-chan, come in..'
The said second-in-command entered and put a pile of papers on his desk. Then her eyes fell into the white bundle on Byakuran's hand.
'Byakuran? What's that?'
'Oh, this?' he said, turning his attention back at the bundle. 'a little lost lamb by the alley.'
The said animal raised its-I mean her head and baa-ed a happy baa.
'She's soooooooo cute!' Uni squealed.
'Yeah,' said Byakuran, smiling.
'soooooo…' said Uni sweetly. 'what's her name?'
'What? Are you saying that I'm gonna take care of her?'
'Of course, Pappa Byakuran~' she said, smiling the Nero smile.
'Oh but you have to take care of her too, Mamma Uni!' he returned. Than they laughed.
Byakuran looked back at the kid. White, soft, fluffy, adorable, innocent, clean….
'That's it..'
'Huh?'
'Marshmallow,' he said smiling. 'Her name is Marshmallow.'
